I never write reviews. This was by far the BEST experience I've ever had at a U-Haul. I just rented a truck for a few hours but all of the staff were welcoming and very helpful. I haven't seen a genuinely thrifty employee at any business in what feels like a couple of years. 5 stars, great staff.

They are always the nicest here. I’ve gone thru this location for two separate rentals and both employees that helped me have been awesome. Will definitely continue to come to this specific one for as long as I’m in the neighborhood!

Sorry because this is going to be a long review. DO NOT USE THE UBOXES AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!
I scheduled a ubox for an out of state move at this location from 8/22-8/26. The first day I went to set everything up they had no clue what to do or how to get me set up. The one nice person that day didn’t even work at that location but did the best she could to help. This included giving me a code and trying to call someone above her. Eventually they figured it out and I was met with a condensing man who tried to mansplain and gaslight me into thinking I had messed up. (I hadn’t confirmed by a different location and corporate). The second day my box was in a corner and I spent the whole day trying to get someone to move it for me so I could get stuff into it. The third day is when I met Cy the general manager. She was MEAN, dismissive and tried to throw policy in my face. POLICY THAT DID NOT APPLY TO TGE KIND OF BOX I HAD SET UP. If they are holding your box in storage you have to ask 24 hours ahead so that you can access it. My box was a pack at location which meant that it should have been out and available for me for SEVERAL DAYS. She blew up at me because HER EMPLOYEES gave me her master code which would have allowed me into every building, through every gate, 24/7. (Thankfully I just wanted to pack my box but I’m truly unsure of how safe this facility is if they’re just giving it out). She agreed to move the box for me after I broke down stressed and exhausted fighting with them. I needed to pack my box as I move on the 31st to move closer to my grandfather with BLOOD CANCER. I come back later that day with a truck packed to find my box moved but damaged so badly I could no longer latch it closed. I had to tie it up with rope and hope no one would break in over night because I had to return the truck that night (moving is already expensive adding another truck rental did suck) I then spent the night and early morning calling corporate trying to get my reservation moved to a different location. I guess they sent her a message about my calls because the next morning she called me three times trying to convince me not to move my box or escalate my complaints. She then sends a frantic email trying to gaslight me into believing all of this was normal. While I had never used this service in Texas I have used it several times before with NONE OF THESE ISSUES OR ATTITUDE. I was so frazzled with these issues and house buying stuff that my partner emailed her back for me to explain that we were done with her location and would be by with a truck to remove out things and start a new box at a different location. She responded with a nasty email to say that she hadn’t done anything wrong and we were the crazy ones. When we arrived we let her know we were there and would need her to confirm the box was empty when we were done due to company policy. She stated that she knew and to let her know when it was done. She had also removed our rope and “zip tied” it closed. So we went over to clear our box to find that the zip tie did not actually close the box, our stuff seemed to have been touched and the small table we had in there had been damaged. We had so little stuff that it all fit in a single truck and car run. She then refused to come check the box or take accountability for the damaged items inside or that she had touched our items in the box.
DO NOT USE THUS LOCATION! The one on research is very nice, helpful and has been uhuals saving grace.

Loved the elevator, air conditioning, and free boxes moving equipment (trolleys and such). The workers were always super helpful, and I always felt confident that my belongings where safe.

I've used this location twice in 3 weeks, its a busy location on the weekends. I had no problems or issues. Customers just need to be patient when there's only one person working the desk.

“Cy” at the front desk was so extremely rude to us. She interrogated my brother and I about why we needed the truck for an extended period. She also gave away a truck we rented. I have never gone through such an ordeal trying to rent a u-haul. PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION and don’t subject yourself to this miserable, miserable woman.

Both the front register worker started out with a very rude attitude and then the manager started acting all big with authority but also tried to act scared when I said they were being rude. Lmao a joke of a place when showing why two immature people shouldn’t be running a store.
