Amazing service from these guys, especially the manager. We had if for an extra six hours six we had a ton of rain our moving day, and traffic was really bad. We showed up 5 min past closing, the manager, great guy by the way, parked the truck for us, and didn’t charge us late fees whatsoever. Can’t say anything bad about this U-Haul location, thanks a million 🙏

The staff is amazing, helpful and a hardworking team that cares. I met them first by renting the vans for my business needs. I liked the service so much that I moved 2 of storages units down the street to this location. Later I moved into an onsite office with an adjacent storage and let me just say...I love my "studio" space. The grounds, privacy gates, bathrooms and facilities are always clean and funtioning. Thank you Steve and Kim.

Katherine was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very outgoing, professional, and a true asset to the company. I had to wait some time due to the person in front of me having a complex order, but Katherine made the wait very well worth it. I hope Katherine is there forever so when I need to rent another U-Haul I'd love to rent from her and that location again! 5 stars, A++, Highly recommend.

We love this location. They are very friendly, professional and honest. Even though this is a bit further from our house, we rather do business with this location. We rent a van 3 or more times a month. So we do spend a lot of money with Uhaul. We are pleased we found a location to suit our needs.

Steven and Kimbra are lovey folks and have built a team of All Stars that U-Haul on 620 near Anderson Mill. The place is very clean and you get great service with a smile there.
