Quite literally the worst service. Don’t bother trying to call, no one is really working the front desk at any given time.
When someone finally shows up, they either “don’t do [whatever you asked about]”

I reserved a 15 ft truck. I showed up, got the truck I reserved, and had no issues or unexpected fees. A+.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO RENT AT, workers have no clue what their actual policies are and refuse to show you their policy. It’s like the workers only made it to first grade with the lack of communication/education these people have.

If I could give them a 0 stars, I would. I called over a month ago for a trailer just to be called back 24 hours before my pick up date to be told it’s no longer available!! Then had the nerve to tell me that I could upgrade to a larger trailer for $4 more like REALLY $4 couldn’t accommodate me!!

I rented from this location couple times before since they’re the closest to me and both times the experience was not good. I decided to use a different location and sometimes different services and the service was just as expected.
Yesterday when I needed to move a bed and mattress I decided to give them another shot but it was even worse than before. The told me to bring the truck park it somewhere and drop the keys in the drop-off box for the after hours. So I did only to be charged an extra $20 after hours fees for not scanning a QR code that placed in place where another truck was parked and no one mentioned anything about it . I called any they said there’s nothing that they can do about it. It only $20 but for me is the principals of not mentioning that or at least put the QR code next to the drop off box so people can see it and not set it up in a way so you can take advantage of it. Bottom line I won’t be using them ever again.

Excellent Customer Service. The manager did a Great job bouncing between all of the customers, doing his best to help his staff help the customers. I needed a quick connect added to my highlander. All of the workers and staff did an excellent job. Thank you ?

The worst experience I've had with Uhaul at this location. I reserved a truck that was supposed to be available at 7:30am. I get to the location and the manager tells me the person who was supposed to bring the truck back got locked out (really?) and the next available would be at 12pm. Now I have to rent a smaller truck with a trailer at an extra cost and an hour lost. Joachim the manager gets passive aggressive with customers and talks down on them for expressing their needs. Terrible location, terrible management. Do not rent from this location.

This location just charged me $1,335 accidently, did not call to apologize or even inform me of the mistake they knew they had made, and is refusing to correct it unless I drive across town to meet them in person. I have rented uhaul trailers at least 100 times from different locations and have never had an issue like this before. I do not recommend this location at all.

If your in need of a uhual pleaseeee go to another location and not this one. I wanted to use the uhaul another day and agreed to pay with a different card and the lady a this location took the alternate card down and still charged the wrong card and hung up in my face and did not call back. I attempted to call back was placed on hold for 20 minutes and when someone came to the phone it was a guy and he over talked me and didn’t listen to anything I said I couldn’t get one word out he said he was the manager. Y’all please do not go to this location do not give your services to them go somewhere else where you will be respected and has the customer service is great. This location is super unprofessional and has no respect for anyone using their money for their services. If all calls are recorded I wish this could be listened to because I am not telling you no lies. Go to another company or location.!!

It was 5 employees just standing there when I walked in, there was no greeting they have bad customer service at this location I advise ho somewhere else.

The truck was clean and worked well. They kept me up to date on my rental. The U-Haul app for checking the truck out is horrible.
