Awful experience. I asked whoever was outside if they could please move their car since it was parked in front of the van I was renting and he said no and created a huge scene. He threatened to pull out a gun on me and shoot me and called me foul names told me to get off his property but still wouldn’t move his car. I called the place before returning the van to tell them what happened and nobody offered me and discount or even really an apology he said it’s not his problem. I’m not happy at all. Never going back to them.

Stan was THE BEST! He came out to help us and made the process go so smoothly! He was more worried about our safety than the late time, which really helped out our situation. I will definitely come to this spot for all of my U-Haul needs. Stan deserves the biggest raise because he is so good of a person and was super helpful for the whole process. We love Stan!!!
