DISGUSTING! Ms.Cindy Williams refused to give my mother who is very sick with Cancer by the way, a refund on her truck rental. We found a drug needle in the vehicle that we didn't end up seeing it until we moved all my mother’s items into the truck and it was too late to return it. Very rude email my mother received from her. Instead issued a $50 refund which isn't even half of what my mother paid. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE EMPLOYEES ARE TOO LAZY TO CLEAN OUT THE TRUCKS!!

I don’t know what Melissa Rodríguez is talking about but I have nothing but a great time and she is always there for all my needs even was laughing and joking with me and my girl the whole time. I love Nellie she is my favorite at this location I won’t go to any other location because of Nellie’s so awesome. She has a vibrant personality upon arrival with a smile - ready to assist no matter the issue. She is very attentive to the T .

Came in to reserve and rent a small 5x8 trailer. Julian, the asst. Manager sorted everything out and made it very easy for pick up and return, he went far and beyond. 5 stars for Julian.

Have used Uhauls many times in the past and this location by far has the worst service with rude workers. They also ripped us off by charging us a 18 dollar gas fee when we only put 9 miles on the truck. Do not recommend this U-Haul location whatsoever.

Reservations are useless. For the second time, I have made a reservation well in advance, and the damn trailer wasn't there when I showed up. This massively screwed up my moving plans. Uhaul GUARANTEES that the equipment will be there, what joke. And I drove 30 miles to find the trailer wasnt available. No notification, text, or email was sent to warn me that Uhaul fell through on their end of the deal. Do not waste your time with Uhaul. Reliability is not their strong suit.

I had a hitch installed. They were very very busy, but acknowledged everyone that walked in and answered the constantly ringing phone. Carmen was giving a master class on multi-tasking, she's absolutely an expert at handling the fire hose of tasks coming at her. Highly recommended!

Today was absolutely the worst customer service and we will never return to this location or recommend anyone to this location!! This lady had one of the biggest attitudes and was so rude, not only to us but to her team members speaking to them as if they lacked knowledge. I really don’t know how someone who lacked so much customer service could be the face of this location. Not only did she have an attitude for no reason, she took a few personal phone calls within 15 minutes of her interaction with my husband. I do want to mention, When I had first walked inside, I asked my husband what was taking so long and she interrupted me by responding, “we’re just waiting for them to finish inspecting.“ I looked at her and responded, “okay.” She didn’t allow my husband to respond while I was speaking to him and felt the need to interrupt us. It was at that point, I could see the attitude my husband had been experiencing. There was a moment where my husband was explaining to her something about the U-HAUL and she cut him off on the middle of his conversation to answer her phone. We had an issue with the gas so she called her manager for help due to an error to make a correction and she even had an attitude over the phone with the manager. This location will never keep repeat customer with this level of customer service from her. Note: You can even see the look on her face from of her attitude.

The people were great and super helpful. The van i rented was behind another truck so they swapped for a new one super quickly. This is embarrassing but I couldn't start the car, so the man who swapped htem helped me start it and was super nice and didin't make me feel less then. The people were amazing!!!
