The front desk was very helpful- she was aware I was coming from another location where they had double booked my reservation. She proactively offered me a 10% discount, directed me to the pickup spot and had me out the door in under 10 minutes. The yard employee was very courteous and ensured I was properly connected before leaving, thanking me for the business, and wishing me safe travels.No reflection on the staff (they provided me excellent customer service) - To Uhaul, recommend you have an inventory life cycle that contains hours of usage and physical appearance and move units meeting a criteria to a reserve yard. The unit I had was at the end of its yard life and needed to be refreshed or removed to a retired yard (i.e. rusted lug nuts, rusted hitch area, rusted bolts on side seams).

Completely incompetent ladies at the service desk ..tried to rush us out .. heard them being rude to a customer in front of me .. nit picked the check out process.. instead of actually doing there job and ensuring we were sent out with a good truck .. the truck they failed to inspect had a broken driver side side mirror.. I couldn’t adjust it manually because it was broken..so I couldn’t see out my side mirror at all .. not safe for backing up a truck to unload ..so you didn’t do your job properly.. shows laziness .. you can’t even do your super easy job correctly.. I highly recommend you don’t rent a truck from this location.. go somewhere else .. anywhere else ..

The truck rental pick up process was semi smooth on my phone, although the app was slow and we were tight on time so we had to resort to dealing with the employees in the store instead. I originally rented from 1 pm to 5 pm, however, I had to extend my time to 7 pm. My roommate and I arrived to drop off the truck. I tried to do the drop off process on my phone but was rushed off by an employee. They were trying to get us to hurry and leave. I couldn't take a picture of the final odometer. Upon returning to my new place I got the receipt and was shocked to get charged double the amount. uHaul scammed me and charged me for 78 miles instead of 15.8 miles. I pulled the mileage from my Google Maps timeline history which shows exactly where I went and the times. I called uHaul but was told we wouldn't hear back from the supervisor until Monday to Wednesday. Which is NOT what I want to hear when I've had a long brutal day, am super tired/sore/hungry and now very angry. If I do not get my money refunded for the remaining 62.2 miles that I did not drive, I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I have no problems with going all scorched earth, as Karen-like as that makes me sound.Edit: The supervisor never called me back. I had to call again on Thursday. The person was rude, but she agreed to refund and then promptly hung up on me. I did end up getting my money back. However their customer service still sucks, and I absolutely will not return.

The staff was very helpful returning the moving truck for my daughter's move into college. U-Haul is a good company with good prices and the process was fairly simple.They had all types of trucks to choose from and even had a dolly that we were able to rent.The temporary storage is also a benefit considering sometimes you have a little bit of a layover between moves.

I had the wiring for a hitch installed here and was very pleased with the experience. There was no wait, and I was greeted by everyone. Gilbert went above and beyond to drive me across 35 to the Starbucks and pick me up while I waited for this installation. It was all accomplished within an hour on a Saturday morning.

I've been to this U-Haul location multiple times, and unfortunately, my experiences have consistently been negative. The employees were not only rude but also seemed to be visibly angry. It's clear that the management of this location is in complete chaos. I've encountered issues during each visit, and as a result, I strongly advise anyone to avoid this location if at all possible.

Returned a 15’ truck here, I know it was returned at 1/4 tank gas, but the receipt shows 1/8, and charged me 30 for the service + 30 for 6 gal. I only drive around 50 miles and already fuel 5+ gal. If you ever drive that truck you know it only has quarter scale. I returned at what I got but still got this insane charge. Have to escalate this issue.

Stay away! The reviews about U-Haul and their terrible customer service are on par with what I experienced from this location. I reserved a 5x8 cargo trailer in mid July for a move in mid August. I tried to confirm and amend my pick up time a couple of times prior to my pick up date. Each time I was told someone would call me the day prior and I could make the time change. The day prior, I called at 4:30pm and Christy was extremely rude and told me "well, we have until 6pm to call.." She told me I had to call the next morning to confirm my equipment.The morning of my rental pick up, I called and spoke with Carlos who was very pleasant and told me my trailer was guaranteed and ready to go. He said he could not amend the pick up time since he was not the original scheduler and transferred me to Araceli, who was out for the day. I spoke with Tanya and she was unhelpful and rude as well. She said they did not have my trailer and that the closest location to get the trailer was in Leander (I live in far S. Austin). I objected and she said they had sent me a text a month ago telling me they did not have the equipment (they did not). I asked how they could possibly know they would not have the equipment a month ago. I received some bogus explanation. I had spoken to two other people in late July to reconfirm my rental and nothing was ever mentioned about not having it. I asked for an alternative location and she gave me a location in San Marcos, which was closer but definitely farther than I had planned on driving for pick up.I will say Katie at Guard Dog Storage (a U-Haul equipment location) was WONDERFUL!! She was so helpful and cared a lot more about helping me than U-Haul. She really turned around a stressful situation and I sincerely appreciated her efforts.If renting from U-Haul, definitely factor in the possibility that your equipment may not be ready when expected or in a convenient location.

Ivon and Rosa made my trip to U-Haul a wonderful experience! They were so kind and helpful. This is why I always return to this location. I wish more businesses had quality employees like these two ladies! Thank you!!

Completey incompetent. My son returned the uhaul, did the inspection, noted it was parked in FF, took the keys and said thank you. 24 hours later the UHaul shows up on their red flag list. They call and insisted that the uHaul had not been returned and it was NOT there. I confirmed with my son that it in fact had been returned by my son 3.5 hours early and called them back. They were so rude about it, argued with me before attempting to go look even after I said it was parked in spot FF, never apologized, then when I told her of she would have gotten off her _ _ _ to look for it before calling to scare us this would have never been an issue or taken up my time. She hung up on me lol and still no apology. Just DO YOUR DANG JOB!!! It is not that hard! Customer Service is not their in their wheel house so I gave them a 1 star but it looks like I am not alone in that rating.

All the staff was friendly, cheerful, and professional. The transactions were all smooth and quick. I was only disappointed that the quilted moving blankets were not in stock for sale, but I liked the fun design of the U-Haul car USB charger enough to buy one.

I came to purchase and fill a propane tank. A gentleman named Amus carried my tank and filled it for me and could not have been a nicer, more personable guy. Will definitely come back in the future and hopefully get paired with Amus again. Thank you Amus!

Usually dropping off a Uhual is the hardest part, Julian and Amos made it a breeze! 30 bucks for an open trailer for 5 hours, that's a deal! I didn't even have to get out of the car for the drop off. This one is in kind of a weird location where you cant come in from the east, so plan accordingly. Either way you have to come in from the Stassny entrance and leave in I35. Staff knows what they're doing they'll have you in and out in no time!

It is sad that I have to rate this place with one star… because of the customers disservice ladies… while I know the folks that work to get the trucks ready and working are very good at what they do. The customer disservice representatives… at least one of them… should be either terminated… or taught to not belittle customers. She has a very poor attitude… and belongs in a job where she can be nasty… all by herself. Sad for the other obviously good people that work there. The manager… useless. She said she would talk to the lady. But it is obvious they are buddy buddy. And they just do what they do. I wonder who owns this location!! Is it a corporate owned one? Well anyways. Done with this location
