Great moving company, actually the best! My stuff got here from VA to TX on time and perfectly fine, I called the service center to schedule the delivery and they sent the truck on the day we had schedule, truck driver explained all the process and by the next day I call to schedule pick up, I didn't even noticed when they picked up the box truck from my location. Highly recommended.

Very good experience from start to finish. I used one relo cube from Southern California to Central Texas. Delivery and pickup at each location went perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

Super helpful, amazing customer service the entire way, ahead of schedule. Picked up my box on 4/28 and I was able to start unloading it 1200 miles away on 5/2. Thanks!

Overall every detail worked out great but had issues due to high demand and inoperative equipment that pick up was delayed on both locations. Luckily, they were kind to accommodate accordingly. Rest assured, it's a great option for traveling across country, highly recommend!

This is the second time using U-Pack for a multi-state move and there’s a reason! Everyone I spoke to, from price quote to pod pick up was SO nice and helpful. Prices seem reasonable compared to the other companies I priced out but the customer service alone is reason enough to choose them over the competitors. Our things arrived on time and with no catastrophic damage. A few chips and scratches here and there but nothing out of the normal for a multi-state move. Can’t recommend them enough!

Really glad I found this service! The driver was very nice and helpful and UPack helped me move from Vegas to Austin. Really glad to have all of my things here with me (especially my bed)
Originally I was thinking of driving a U-Haul and hauling my car being the U-Haul but I did that from Los Angeles to Vegas (4.5 hour drive) and it was torture! Especially because you can’t drive over 55 miles an hour with the trailer / car on the back.
So glad I let UPack bring my stuff and I just drove my car to Texas at the speed and ease that I wanted. Thanks again!!

My experience with U-Pack was incredible. I used their services to fill a 28-foot trailer to the brim in Waco, Texas, move all the way across the country to a new city in Pennsylvania, store my contents securely for 2 months while I shopped for a new home and closed on it, and then delivered my property to my driveway for a local moving company to unload. I found the service to be fairly priced, and their customer service was SO friendly, professional, and accommodating. I would 100% use them again!

Very unhappy with their pickup schedule. Don’t bother calling ahead and telling them when the unit will be ready for pick up because they won’t note it. Be prepared to have this thing sitting in the way because they can’t find a truck for your unit. This unit has been in my driveway and now inconveniencing me for several days. Despite telling them earlier in the week it would be ready on a certain day for pick up, they didn’t even mark it ready until I called to find out why it hadn’t been picked up. Then I’m told they don't have a truck. So it sits all weekend. Call again, still isn’t scheduled to be on a truck and the response to that is, hopefully it’ll get picked up soon. Soon? I want my driveway back. I live on a one lane road and this is now becoming an inconvenience. Not sure I’d be using this company again if they can’t figure out when or how to pick up their own unit.

Had a seamless experience! My one relocube was delivered when scheduled, and pick up was easy, I didn’t even have to be there. Super easy and streamlined on both sides! I called the service center multiple times and everybody was kind and knowledgeable.

Great experience with U-Pack moving from Canada to the US. Outstanding customer service and communication from beginning to end. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and my container even arrived a day early.

Do not use at any cost, my cargo got damaged and they responded that it was damaged due to improper packing however when I received my cargo the bulkhead was hanging and not closed properly. I would definitely not recommend them

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Long story short, they don't tell you you need to request the loading ramp at the destination, make sure you do. No one will help you in a timely manner.
It's a residential moving service, how many people do you know that have loading docks in their houses?

Moved from Tennessee to Texas and bought the expedited shipping and it was here a day early. All my stuff was delivered unbroken and in excellent condition. Second time using them for my move
