POOR customer service at Steck location. Go in for appt, am told to wait 45 minutes. I do. Then, surprise, loan officer took lunch leaving me in the lurch to wait till they get back. Another 45 minutes pass. I inquire as to whats with the delay for 5 minutes of paperwork? Oh, you have to wait another 30 minutes!... I walked out disgusted after wasting 2 hrs of my life. PS- Been with them since 1992. DO BETTER, UFCU.

I'm impressed with how poorly they've integrated this new online banking program. Nothing works and no one responds to messages whatsoever. I'm out and encourage others to look elsewhere.

I was a member for 28 years until today. service has been declining Over the years to say the least. They changed their online banking again and I, along with most members, could not access my account... for 3 weeks! I could not see my account, check balances nothing! I tried re setting passwords and username but the system would never send me an email. I tried to call numerous times and sat on hold for my entire lunch hour only to be told I was still the 39th caller in line. I emailed multiple times and finally today went in and closed my account. I withdrew every penny and the child that was working there could not give the slightest care in the world, never apologized or even tried to fix any problem. She would not even give me a statement for the last month so I have no clue what my transactions were. I had to drive all the way from San Antonio just to get a response or any action at all and it was awful. Worst customer service ever! Good riddance to UFCU!!! Dont ever bank here they don't care about their members even after 28 years! if i could give negative stats i would. Jennifer Farmer

A couple weeks back, I was about to find another place to bank. Then, I spoke with someone who explained my complaints were caused by a 3rd party. Turns out, that's likely the case..Earlier this week, I literally got robbed at 7-11. They handled canceling my card in like 2 seconds. Today, I discover my wallet is missing..in panic, I show up at 5:15. Doors are locked but I had just sprinted a mile to get there on time (thought it was 530) for some reason. And wouldn't you know it hey? As much of a jerk as I was a few weeks back and they let me squeeze in. Never had any complaints about the staff...all are excellent

Only 1 digit distinguishes for the account as checking or savings... for example x9xxxxxxxxxxx or x2xxxxxxxxxxx. The ONLY number that is different is the 2 and 9 ?. I had entered in the wrong details in my paypal (Which only shows the last 5 digits of an acct #). and I tried to pay someone. It wasn't going through because it was trying to charge my savings and not my checking. There was insufficient funds and it kept trying. Each time it tried I got an insufficient funds charge of 30!Also, when you try to link the bank to apps or online you have enter in details manually because it doesn't support PLAIDOther than the stupid account numbers and the no plaid support it's been a good bank..... But this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The service desk quickly assisted me in getting multiple tasks completed efficiently that needed three different touchpoints. I appreciated the guidance and ease to accomplish them as I do not normally use lobby services.

This review is not for this branch but for the dispute department. They let people steal your hard earned money. They will ask you to provide all the evidence in the world and still, they will not take your side. Look for a different credit union if you want to be respected as a member.

I was delighted to be working with Peter Lynch on a new investment package. He was very helpful this morning with a question that I had about my brokerage account. I am pleased that I had decided to work with UFCU on this important investment choice.

I use the drive through at the Guadalupe branch about once a week to deposit into my account. The tellers are always fast and friendly, and very patient with me when my math is wrong, which is often, lol ?

It was terrible. I needed a signature guarantee and I was treated as though I was asking for a HUGE favor that was almost impossible for them to do. So I left and went to Wells Fargo. They did it.And since I have been a UFCU member since 1980, I was REALLY disappointed.

Everyone is always so kind, and ready to help. Only one time has one of the ATM's been out but the other worked just fine. Area has always been very clean and kept up.

This bank is the worst bank to have. I got scam over the weekend and they took my whole ssi check now I can't pay my rent. I will never bank with them again they have no communication service to help when you need them.

Only 1 of the 2 outside atm machines were functioning and that made several times that I've gone to this location to find just 1 machine functioning. Of course, there was a line of people waiting to use the single atm machine

Every time I've gone in there with issues in the last couple of months they've been nice and courteous There was money amounts taken out of my bank accounts in my credit card without my knowledge and they were nice enough to Refund my money close to my accounts and open a whole new one they are very nice there
