Do NOT trust the salon. I wanted a balayage and shared multiple inspo pics. My hair after 4 hours looked nothing like I asked for. I wasted over $300 and it’s no where near what I wanted. I left the salon in tears with no resolution. The receptionist had ZERO empathy and found it appropriate to tell me firmly I needed to call down. All I wanted to do was leave but they made me wait over 10 minutes to speak with a manager. This manager was of no help in resolving my issues but was clear to make sure I knew I still had to pay. I also specifically told my colorist I was allergic to Olaplex and asked her not to use it. She did not listen and my bleach had olaplex in it. I’m now battling an allergic reaction.

Adilio with such a unique name, is always friendly, helpful, informative and knows exactly what I need each time I go to Ulta. It’s always a pleasure to see him. Great employee!

Came in the other day to just look around, one of the employees, Taylor was amazing! Took the time to sit down and try out some products and was super informative about everything! Will be going back to visit him at MAC again ❤️.

First time coming to an ulta for myself. I came with my 2 daughters who were going for back to school shopping and they convinced me to get some concealer. Within a few minutes of looking, a bubbly employee named Izzy came up and quickly helped me find a color that matched my skin perfectly!! She also helped my daughters and we all left very pleased. Would highly recommend this location! Staff is so helpful and make you feel so welcomed!!

My favorite ulta near me!! I can never find the correct shade and always struggle to get a good color match. With the help of Izzy I was able to get a perfect color match that was in my budget and matched the look I was going for. I definitely will be going back and asking for izzy in the future!!

Really appreciate Bella’s service! She is super talented and understands and listens to her customers needs. She has great customer service skills.
Also, Mark was super nice and helpful in finding me the right eyeshadow and blush. His customer service skills are excellent. At checkout Kayla and Jennifer helped guide me on pulling up my acct t and just their fun spirit and smiles made my day even better! This was by far the best visit to this Ulta I have had in a while.
I only wish that Ulta would adjust their prices to include blowouts as no one wants to leave a salon with wet hair. It’s a silly policy to add for a blowout after spending for color service.

I had such a wonderful experience at Ulta Beauty thanks to Darlene! She went above and beyond to accommodate me, even staying later than her scheduled time just to make sure my hair came out perfect. Her attention to detail, kindness, and dedication really stood out. I left absolutely loving my hair and feeling so cared for as a customer. Thank you, Darlene, for your amazing service and for making my day! I’ll definitely be coming back to see you again.

If you want a fabulous new look, go to Ulta at Southpark Meadows and book with Darlene Villasana! Darlene is an expert colorist and can help you come up with the best haircut for you! When I go in now, I just tell her to do whatever she wants to do because I'm always thrilled with her results! I come out of Ulta feeling refreshed, renewed, and beautiful every single time!

I went to Ulta at Southpark Meadows for the 1st time, to get a curly cut. I was a very anxious and somewhat concerned about how things would tutn out. My stylist was Daisy W. She was very sweet and did a great job. I'm very happy with the results. She introduced me to Curlsmith, which I'm loving. Thank you.

A little time has passed since I had my haircut at Utla South Park Meadows by a stylist named Gerard, I went to him a couple of times do I have my hair trimmed up little on the long side to make a long story short I grew my hair out for a year and eight months waiting to get the perfect haircut for my hair to be at the perfect length I went to get my haircut by Gerard was the worst haircut of my life ….!!!! This man needs to go back to school for training or better yet retire he does not care about his profession or clients and I hope they do pull his license. I have Filed complaint Utla as well with the state licensing board for cosmetology I do not recommend anyone going to this Gerard to have their haircut or treated for anything you will not get what you Pay for..! I do not understand why Utla continues to employee incompetent stylist Gerard…!!!!!!! I do not recommend this location to anyone. As for me, I will never set foot in Utla again. This is a warning to anyone getting their haircut At Utla South Park Meadows If you’re somehow unlucky to be scheduled an appointment with this man, Gerard run for the hills The most incompetent god awful stylist in Austin….!!!!!!!

This store is ok. Only one person offered assistance after 20 minutes of looking for an item. Workers stare. From my experience the one on Brodie Lane in Austin is the one that has even worse stuck up, inattentive workers. This just makes me not want to shop at any Ulta beauty locations. Most have a judgement type vibe when shopping there and all the workers look the same.

I have had the worst luck with salons while traveling for work projects. After having yet another bad hair service that devastated my long layered fine curly hair, Darlene Villasana, Master Stylist at this Ulta Salon, took great care of me. She empathized with my situation while showing me all that was terribly done wrong. She worked with what I had left to make it more even so I can grow it out again. It was an emotional appointment having to realize what the last ignorant stylist did, but she was straight forward and honest with me. I sincerely appreciate her knowledge, skill and expertise to save my hair. She only cut what was necessary. I only wish I would have found her sooner. I highly recommend this wonderful lady. She really cares about taking care of her clients. Thank you, Darlene! I'll be back soon for the deep conditioning treatment. :0)
