This Ulta store is one of my favorites! Richard (the GM) and Becky (the manager) are two of the KINDEST employees I’ve met. They kept their composure when a customer was being extremely rude to them. The whole store team is kind and welcoming. I will definitely be coming here for all of my makeup needs.

I was anxious coming to get my hair done because I don’t color my hair at all but Samantha took care of me! I love my hair so much & she very communicative throughout the entire process. I will definitely be back. 🙂

I just got my hair done by Isabel I. and I’m absolutely in love with the results! 😍 If you’re looking for a stylist who nails the butterfly haircut and truly knows how to bring out your best look, ask for Isabel. She’s incredibly sweet, attentive, and really listens to what you want—and she delivers beyond expectations. I’m obsessed with how beautiful my hair looks and I’ll definitely be coming back to her every time. Highly recommend!!!

I went to shop today and a manager was screaming at a young lady about a mistake she made while processing my return and getting me a free gift with my purchase. The lady had mentioned she was a newer employee to Ulta. That is no way to treat anyone,let alone a new employee. Totally unacceptable.

Today while shopping at this location next to me was a customer calling for help obviously this customer had some type of language barrier the employee that came over “to help” was a male employee I wished I would’ve of gotten his name by the way it was not the employee with the blue hair he was actually really nice when i encountered him as for the other guy i would’ve put his name on this review if i had seen his name tag he was so rude and seemed annoyed because she was asking for help he could’ve handled this in a more professional way as someone who understands how customer service works!

I came here to pick up a make up order and was shopping around. The worker told me they didn’t have what I was looking for because someone stole it so “sorry!” and then proceeded to walk away. Super unprofessional and weird experience. Will not be back at this one. Should’ve just went to Sephora.

I had a nice time shopping in Ulta, I don’t usually come here. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday. I spent $200+ here and asked if I could redeem the birthday freebie from being a member. I was told no since I couldn’t locate the email. I understand the policy, but that out a bad taste in my mouth given the amount I just spent, she could’ve checked my ID. The cashier wasn’t even listening to me half the time, because she was having another conversation with her coworker. But she made sure to try and sell me on their credit card. Ha, no thanks.

Horrible stingy front checkout people. The African American lady that greeted me was delightful and so friendly. Don’t get me wrong - there are extremely friendly folks that work here but they’re hit or miss. But the checkout people tonight were very stingy. I bought enough to get a free sample of something today due to a coupon I had in my Ulta newsletter. And then, I walked by the display and saw another free promotion with different minimum purchase so I thought “yay it’s my lucky day!” The checkout girl first told me they were out of one of the free items and then her coworker told her there was another cabinet of them - fine, that’s ok that she didn’t know. But then she gave me one free promotion and I said “don’t I get both?” And it was this back and forth over a stupid free sample. My kids were antsy. I was antsy. If I spend >$200 that day with you at Ulta both online and in-store, I shouldn’t have to justify that I get another free sample due to a promotion you’re offering in store. You need to teach your checkout people to check their battles and they’ve lost a customer today. I am extremely frustrated at my customer service I was given at the front counter today.

Lots of stuff but none of the brands that I was looking for
I have shopped there many times in the past. But lots of changes plus prices are high. Not one staff member asked to help me so I had to interrupt their chatting to ask if they had things I came for. When will I learn to just stay cool and order online ?

My salon experience with Itzel was terrible. I went there for a haircut she just trim a bit of my front side hair , she pulled my hair multiple times She was so unprofessional and rude ,don’t recommend waste of money

I was left disappointed after my recent balayage appointment. The appointment started with the stylist trying to upcharge me for additional services. I had a few hair strands tinted green from swimming in a pool a few days prior, which washes out on its own. However, she was insistent that this required a color correction. When I suggested I could return in a few days after the green had washed out, she suddenly decided that a color correction wasn't necessary anymore.
Regarding the actual balayage, I didn't feel it reflected the work of an elite stylist. While it wasn't bad, some highlights were significantly lighter than my base color, creating a striped effect that I didn't like. I think this may be due to the stylist having only left the toner in for ~5 min instead of the usual 15 min. Additionally, she asked if I wanted a money piece, to which I said no, but she added one anyway.
I upgraded to an elite stylist as a birthday gift to myself, but I wish I had stuck with my usual stylist.

Decent amount of choices in brands and the products
