Such a great selection of dresses. I am SO picky, but loved every dress I tried on. AJ was awesome at making me feel comfortable and special. Everyone here was so nice and made the process so much fun!

My experience at Unbridaled Austin was truly exceptional and unmatched compared to the bridal boutiques we visited prior. I knew my dress was here all along, but I shopped at a few other stores first to be sure about the decision. I should've just come to Unbridaled first because it's true what they say... when you know, you know! The team were all so kind, helpful, and friendly every step of the way. They really want to make your shopping experience special, stress-free, and as fun as it should be. Unbridaled has the most unique, gorgeous, dreamy, and vintage-inspired collection of dresses I've ever seen.The appointment request process is very easy. If you need to reschedule (which I did), staff are happy to help and accommodating over the phone. You're provided a portal link after booking that allows you to browse and favorite online inventory in the store. I really loved this process because it gives you a good idea of what you'll be shopping for in store. This also allows your stylist an opportunity to understand the style and type of dress you're looking for. My stylist was Lily and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She reached out via text ahead of the appointment to ask questions and get an idea of what my interests were. She was so sweet and friendly in person, and accommodated our group during the appointment with ease. It felt like I was working with a friend. Lizzie was also amazing, helped with taking measurements for my dress order, and dropped in a few times while I was trying on dresses to provide all the hype girl vibes. We had the best time and I said yes to my dress here! I highly recommend Unbridaled Austin to any future bride shopping for a beautiful and unique dress.

I highly recommend Unbridaled for every bride-to-be!! They had such a great selection of dresses with many different styles. Tricia was AMAZING and made the process so smooth and relaxing!!!

I had such a positive experience dress shopping here! Lizzie was so easy going, extremely helpful with thoughtful questions, and super quick to respond to my emails - she made the experience of saying "yes" very special and stress-free. I can't recommend Unbridaled ATX enough!

It was a wonderful experience with Leah to find a dress for my wedding. The whole bridal shop radiates happiness and friendliness! Leah was a professional, so patient, actively listening and helped find me the perfect dress! I can’t wait to Wow my groom when he sees me!

I had a wonderful experience at Unbridaled Austin! Lizzie was great to work with. She listened to what I wanted and gave me the space to try on whatever I choose. I also love that they do not charge for their appointments. It gave me the opportunity to come back to retry on a dress I initially wasn't sure about. That additional time gave me the opportunity to try it on with different veils and really see how I felt in the dress. They also have a great selection of veils. It's so important to have the proper veils to really see your look come together. I found my dream dress and veil at Unbridaled!

I had an amazing experience at Unbridaled! The selection really can't be beat. Leah was my stylist and she was so so sweet and helpful. She was patient with me as I decided between two dresses and offered to take a ton of photos. She made the process so easy and fun!

I had the best time trying on wedding dresses here! I worked with Kendall who was a dream to work with. I did end up finding my dress somewhere else but Unbridaled was my favorite shop we visited. Kendall made me feel so comfortable and understood the entire time. I cannot wait to revisit with my sister whenever she gets married.
I really enjoyed getting to walk around and pull dresses myself and having Kendall pull the dresses I favorited prior to my appointment. She was also able to prioritize my time with letting me know which dresses would not be a good fit. I never felt rushed or out of control like I did at other stores and could not recommend this place enough!

Recently found my dress at Unbridaled and had a great experience! Lolo made me feel so comfortable and pulled me the best dresses. I would not have found my dress without her incredible eye and dress recommendations!! Couldn't recommend them more :)

This was the second shop I went to (out of 6 total) and comparatively it wasn’t my favorite. Lolo was great and I appreciated how she followed up after the appointment! I just found the store to be pretty disorganized and many of the dresses were in bad shape (rips, stains, broken straps, etc.) and girls were grabbing dresses left and right. I would be looking at dresses and another bride or her friend/family would come up and grab one. It is a smaller shop so the selection is smaller as well. I also asked for a water in the beginning and they gave me a glass so I had to hold that and my bag and try to browse dresses. It was a Saturday so I think it was just really busy. I liked that I was able to pull some I liked from the floor but I didn’t like many of the dresses my consultant pulled so it felt like speed running dresses. Wasn’t the right place for me but on a week day it might be better!

If looking for a wedding dress, look no further than Unbridaled in Austin! I went on a lark while visiting a friend in Austin and was so blown away by the service, value and aesthetic that I ended up purchasing a dress! Lolo was my stylist and I could not have dreamed up a better person to help me. She took stock of my figure and personality and smashed it with every dress she suggested. I am a non traditional bride (48 and 2nd wedding) and she NAILED it! I am so impressed with them I wish I could send every single bride to them to have the experience of being seen, appreciated and made to feel oh so beautiful. Thank you Unbridaled!!!!!

Unbridaled was nothing short of AMAZING!!! This was the second bridal shop I attended my first day wedding dress shopping and I felt absolutely defeated after the first shop. I second guessed if I would even find anything and the girls at Unbridaled made sure I was comfortable, happy, and took the best care of us! Lolo was my associate that helped me and she was quick getting me in/out of dresses and knew exactly when I was happy. So thankful I found MY dress at this shop!
