Hands down, Jocelyn M. is one of the best reps I've ever encountered!UHCU has an asset working for them. She has singlehandedly made working with UHCU the best experience I've ever had with any bank.There is nothing UHCU doesn't have that would lead me to considering going elsewhere. I joined UHCU several weeks ago. I was treated with friendly courtesy, from the moment I reached out to them over the phone. I would recommend the professionalism and the services United Heritage Credit Union offers without hesitation.

Moving over $100,000 in deposits a month because they can't deposit a check without getting manager approval which takes almost 20 minutes with no one else in line. We've been depositing here for years and it's never taken more than five minutes but now it requires a manager approval and that has quadrupled the time. Moving to a bank with photo deposits and better customer service

This credit union is one of the best in this area. They are welcoming, helpful, accommodative, efficient, neat. Ample parking. We like banking here.

Well staffing shortage finally hit this branch and they closed the lobby. To bad, it was nice to be able to talk in person and use notary services.

Had some small glitch in my vehicle loan payment set up where it pulled payment early when I had already allocated those funds for bills. UHCU stepped up in a huge way to make sure that there was enough funds in my account to keep me from overdraft fees. Extremely pleased with the level of customer service here. You just can't get that from any of the big banks.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this credit union and the staff at this branch. We are banking with them because my father (who has since passed) used to bank with them, and always had great experiences. The friendly staff, the over the top customer service that is a rarity these days....if you are looking for a "family-type" credit union that will treat you right, UHCU is the place!

I used United Heritage Credit Union for years, but haven't needed a loan in years. My vehicle unexpectedly quit on me and I needed an auto loan. I filled out an application online and was promised a response the following business day. Four days went by with no response. I finally called them at the phone number provided in the Confirmation Email and gave them my loan reference number. I was told that I didn't qualify, which I understand is because I haven't needed or used credit in years, even though my ratings are fair, in the 600s. However, United Heritage Credit Union should have had the decency to respond and tell me the result as promised. Steer clear.

The worst bank I've ever seen. I thought it would be good bank but it took only 2 months to learn they've shrewd & liar employees. Before my wife applied for a car loan we negotiated on the rating & the length of installment and the loan officer called Belinda told us the ratings 1.99 for 36months , 2..29 for 37 months and above (we were also told her credit score could influence the ratings) . We've agreed on 2.29 and my wife applied. Then her credit pulled and the application approved. However the loan officer came with string attached :-, "because it's your first time car loan the rating would increase to 3.9" said Belinda. As a loan officer and an employee her job is to bring more customers to United heritage, to do that she supposed to explain everything what details could influence the ratings because the reason of people applying for car loan primarily depend on interest rate. The customer couldn't have the full knowledge of every single Bank's rules & policy. The worst part is the way she tried to defend her poor approach & mistake, she said "looking your wife's age I wouldn't think she never had a car loan before....if she was 21...young I might have asked...." Ridiculous, wasted precious time, damaged credit score! Now I'll rush to withdraw my money to close our joint checking & saving accounts.
