This is November 2023 and by the end of this month UFCU is starting a new online and mobile banking extravaganza. And what an Extravaganza indeed. One user name and password for both. BUT, the new mobile app will not work with my phone due to the fact that it has a bit older version of Android. A phone that is only 3 years old but your new app won't accept the software any longer. SO, that means no mobile banking for me unless I buy a new phone. I love my phone. It's great and nothing wrong with it. Works perfect with the app you currently offer. Do I cancel my accounts and go to another bank? Time will tell. Since I live so far away from town this seems like a good idea for me, but maybe not so great for them. Savings, checking, business checking etc.. BYE BYE.RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE BELOW: Absurd! This is evidently an auto generated reply that knows nothing about the issue spelled out above. I never said your new app is bad. I said it will not work with my current level of android, and I therefore would have to buy a new phone. Wake up and answer properly or go back to sleep...

Used the drive thru ATM to get $200 cash for a trip. All went well at ATM. I appreciate the choice to get small denomination bills!

The Brodie Branch is awesome.....staff is attentive and its easy to talk to the tellers via video phone.Sadly, earlier that morning I was at the Slaughter branch.....nice enough staff, but there was no way to speak to a teller.....had to do everything via atm machine.....I'll remember that next time I need to speak to a real person.

I visited the Brodie branch to purchase a CD. The wait was noticeably short. The associate was courteous and handled my transaction professionally and expeditiously. Good job.

I've been with UFCU for 10 years and never had any trouble. But what a nightmare I was in today, when I had to report a fraudulent credit card transaction! Their automatic phone system does not make reporting fraud easy. There's not an option on their phone menu for fraudulent transactions. I had to go through the menu three times -- once through the credit card section and twice through individual accounts -- before I got someone who I could tell my story to. I had to verify my identity several times over. The automated system gave me such a tremendous runaround that I considered interrupting my day, leaving my kids, and jumping in the car to go down there and talk to a live person. When I finally got to someone, the representative talked about disputing the "transaction" -- but didn't even address how we could prevent this from happening again! I had to push him to get the card cancelled. Honestly, reporting fraud should be a one-button transaction -- but even if there are several buttons, there should be a clearly marked pathway. This experience has me rethinking having my account with UFCU.

Close and convenient to my home. ATM is my go to for fast deposits or withdrawals. I haven't been inside the branch in months and maybe once or twice since covid

The folks there are so welcoming and polite. Always willing to help and provide information. I also love that it’s one of the few branches that are clean and provide coffee❤️❤️❤️

I have two reoccurring issues with banking with UFCU. Deposit slips. Tellers require one when you make a deposit but none come pre printed with your check order. So I have to bring a copy of my account number and a pen, because three times there were none, to to the drive through. So a quick drop off deposit is usually with a very polite but remonishing teller tell you to fill out a deposit slip. Would like a smoother customer service related transaction. Or start accepting on line deposits. It is beyond the 20th century. So allowing a customer to deposit from home would smooth the chore out in the customers favor.

They keep claiming a check that needs to be deposited from another bank is an account not recognized by that bank even though they previously accepted checks from the same account. The other bank isn’t even being presented with the check. Nothing about the other account has changed, & there are funds to cover the check. This has been a repeated issue for the past couple months. Talking to a supervisor named Alisa was a complete waste of time. UFCU is the worst. Save yourself grief & bank elsewhere.
