They have been able to service our SeaDoo jet boat when others have not done a great job. They aren't the speediest bunch but I feel like they are honest and do a thorough job. I would recommend them to others.

just returned a uhaul. nice guy at the desk. looks like they offer repairs on boats, atvs and cars. also RV storage. I will go back if I have any troubles

A few years ago, Lee told me his mechanic could fix my Honda as the exhaust system wouldn't pass smog check. I paid for a new catalytic converter and other repairs. After the "repair" the check engine light turned on again and the car still would not pass inspection. I returned the car to UPS and they told me it was a "faulty part." They "replaced the part" but this did not solve the problem. This took them days and days. I called my friend Andrew at Howdy Honda and described the issue and I took it in for them to check out. They told me straight up that the repair wasn't done correctly and required more work including drilling and cleaning-- not just replacing a part. I called Lee back and explained the situation. He said he would get back to me. Upon speaking to him again he demanded more money to fix the incomplete work of his mechanic making the excuse that they hadn't done the job like that because it would "save the customer money." I even reported this place to the BBB. My Advice: stay away.

I bought a boat from them. I was told by Lee due to insurance reasons he couldnt go on a test drive. The boat has a big leak and I was promised they would take care of it. After denials there was a problem, Lee eventually admitted the leak but wanted an additional $7000 for repair on a boat that he had guaranteed was a good boat on reputation of his business. He never paid back the money nor made repairs. Lee says the right things but doesnt follow up if it involves cost. He still has the boat and my money and hasn't called nor returned my calls. I don't recommend business with this company.
