Was at the store today and the manager would not explain the exchange policy in detail for me and then kicked me out of the store without allowing me to swap out pants she agreed had a manufacturing defect. Rude and very unprofessional

I loved shopping here the past 5 years. This year, Everytime I've tried going there, I look it up,call says open. Get there, and they are closed. Even during Holiday time, and hours posted of operation. Not once 3x. So unprofessional, and irritating.

I bought shirts here more than a year ago and wanted to give a time-tested review. The shirts are on the pricey side, but the quality matches. They look great after multiple laundry cycles. Also the service is great - they gave me tips and suggestions about how to wear and take care of the shirts that I still use daily. Definitely recommend.

Erick Bryan was very helpful and attentive when we visited. Even though the store was super busy during a pre-holiday rush, he still provided immediate assistance and suggestions. We were happy to find 3 shirts due to his help.

I had one of the BEST experiences shopping there today!!! One of the workers, Rye, was such an amazing help. She walked me through how the store worked and I ended up buying 7 shirts from her only wanting to buy one for my son when I first walked in there. Be careful with that one- she’s amazing at her job! I’ll be coming back with my son very soon

If you like the UNTUCKIT style, great service, and many fit options then this is the store for you. I arrived here midweek midday and I had the store to myself. I was greeted by a knowledgeable but not pushy Rep. After listening to my preferences I was presented with several options and selected two. Yes, their shirts are expensive but I love the quality and custom fit. Be sure to keep an eye out for their sales.Bonus alert: Be sure to have a Comped bourbon before leaving.

Very pleased with our experience at Untuckit! The staff was friendly and ultra helpful. Even offered us some whiskey while we shopped. We were treated well and we LOVE the clothes. It was a very elegant experience and we will absolutely be returning. FIVE STARS!

The staff were amazing and the selection is on par with my expectations. They have a good first time discount you can use, having them measure your size for the shirts adds some more discount to your first in store order.I wish I noted down name of the staff that helped me. They do have in store whiskey tasting while you shop, I did not try them this visit. Time to see how the product works over the time, have been a long term observer but I am a first time buyer. They do not have extra small size that could have fit my 13 year old ( was told it was discontinued during the pandemic )
