$96 to print 10 color copies of my resume. They had already printed them before I found out the price. I never expected to pay that much for few prints. I would have bought a printer and paper and printed a 1000 copies and threw away the printer at the end and it would have been cheaper.

Team is great! Prices are laughable. Who is paying $13 for a box you can at Walmart $1.50? Who is paying $100 to overnight ship a small envelope when USPS will do it for $30!

I don’t typically write reviews, but this was a special situation. On the morning I was flying out of Austin, I made the mistake of leaving my work phone in an Uber. Thankfully, the wonderful employees at this UPS — Lashae & Mav — turned a stressful situation into a smooth, easy experience. They guided me through the necessary steps and ensured all my needs were met, removing the stress of handling this remotely while I was already in California. I am forever grateful for their help, and because of this experience, UPS will continue to be my preferred shipping provider. These ladies are the reason the company feels trustworthy and reliable. THANK YOU!

Cindy the Store Manager at this property is truly incredible! She genuinely cares about the work she does and strives to help every single customer that walks through the door the best that she can! Mac and Jessie are also great to work with!

Worse experience ever. We wanted to notarize some documents and Cassandra Michelle Colunga refused to notarize it saying that she will be in trouble for doing so! I wonder what kind of trouble she would have been in?! we went to another ups store and the guy there did notarize the same document in few minutes.

The notary was very knowledgeable!!! My notary at my bank was terrible. They were brand new and didn't do it right, causing me to go find a notary again.

The staff here are wonderful! Literally every staff member at this location is so nice I'm like friends with them all at this point because I constantly have to take Amazon returns into them lolol the only name I can remember at the moment is Colleen (she's amazing and so sweet) but there's also like 2-3 other employees that I see there regularly and every single one of them is always so kind and helpful, like more than what's required. they all go above and beyond simply providing good customer service. they're all so personable it's so nice :))

It's a tiny space but gets the job done when it comes to shipping. Place is tidy and the staff are lovely— Colleen (I think) was a delight to work with and made the drop-off experience seamless.
