This location has the best, most efficient staff of any UPS or competitor location. They always greet me, regardless of if there are others in there. They are very friendly, approachable, helpful, and grateful for my business. It's a challenging location, but I always manage to get lucky with parking, and am greeted with smiles and assistance.

Great customer service every time I go in. I do not know her name i just have her employee number from a receipt it is 331340 held the door open for me when I got stuck leaving with my child in the stroller. Everytime I've gone I've mostly dealt with her and her customer service is amazing. All the employees are helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Love this location

This place gives off the feeling that your mail will never arrive. The staff seems to be students who don't know much about sending mail. Packages are tossed around haphazardly. It smelled quite bad in there- the body odor was overwhelming.
