Biggest perk for me was 24/7 access. As someone who works a very odd schedule that constantly changes it's difficult for me to find time during "normal business hours" to come in. Service has been great everytime I've been able to and needed to speak with someone. The change to no longer being 24/7 though has been having me consider canceling my box.

I have never had such bad customer service before. I went in to return my amazon purchases and the employee was refusing to help anyone while there was a 5 person long line at self checkout. After I had issues with self checkout I approached the employee asking for help and she told me I needed to buy individual boxes for each of my orders. I didn't want to as I knew I could return Amazon orders without boxes. She took the one item I had already scanned and was refusing to give it back to me. It took me numerous tries to get the package back and she kept saying I couldn't have it. Even though she said it needed to be in a box and couldn't be shipped. After leaving the store I went to another UPS where the employees had me in and out in 5 seconds. I was able to ship all of my returns with ease and without a box. Safe to say I will never be returning.

Kristy is a terrific store manager. I went in for a passport photo and mailing; another customer ahead of me needed a document notarized. It took a bit of time to help him figure out his transaction. Kristy was very clear with both of us, and her instructions were polite and informed. She not only helped our special circumstances , but also efficiently dealt with others after us who were leaving packages, or needing services that could be handled right away. She somehow managed every transaction with terrific aplomb, clear headedness, accurate information, and poise. She single-handedly moved a number of transactions smoothly through her system. I wish all businesses were this pleasant and efficient to use, and so respectful of customers’ time.

I was so scared to come to a postal office/delivery service location, but I chose this UPS location and thank goodness I did. An employee there named Joseph was so helpful and knew his stuff! Down to earth, he was multitasking, having friendly conversations, just honestly a mastermind performance. He helped everyone and especially me my first time here. He helped me get the best price, gave the best service, and really made my holidays!

I come here often as I have a shopping problem and always have to do my returns lol. Kristy always knows how to help me quickly and efficiently and she gives me the best deals with prices! I’ve seen her working alone and is able to help multiple customers by herself.
