Update -2 stars: At least 3 of the packages arrived empty or with random content. I guess they were *not* sealed in a secure fashion. I'm not sure how insurance works but i'll unfortunately need to redeem the value of the failed shipments *that we know of*.Original Review: Aaron was very helpful and patient with me as we shipped about 23 small packages each to a different location. He gracefully managed my shipping project with customers coming in, never making me or the customer wait for more than a minute or feel like a bother. Excellent service.

Great customer service with Carley and Stuart today. Carley was working by herself and was extremely busy on a Sunday a couple weeks ago. She was extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service. Thank you.

Your store either lost all my packages that I was returning to Amazon or y’all stole them. I have receipts for the returns and everything and now Amazon is saying it wasn’t returned. I will be filing a claim and lawsuit it was almost $1000 worth of stuff. I will be requesting security footage I walked in with 6 packages ALL were scanned and only one was returned is extremely suspicious.5 out of the 6 EXPENSIVE ITEMS SOMEHOW haven’t made it to Amazon I wonder why. I wouldn’t do business with them honestly I doubt we will see our returns

After 2 unfortunate experiences at the UPS Store on South Congress and Oltorf, I came to this location and my faith in UPS has been restored. The staff greeted everyone who walked through the door and had a positive attitude, even during the holidays. I will continue coming to this location.

Aaron is always so kind and helpful! The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. Only complaint is the tiny and always-full parking lot!

The staff is always pleasant, but do not ever get anything printed at this or any UPS location. I went back two days in a row to get my pages (a few pages total, laminated) and they were not printed. It's been a mess. And there is absolutely no customer support line that can help with print orders. You get stuck in an automated assistant hell.

I shipped a package overnight from these folks. It was late and got ruined. I've been calling to get a refund for my $300+. The phone number on the receipt is expired and just doesn't work. After finding the phone number online, it literally just hangs up on you when you call.

The notary will not properly notarize a DNR (do not resuscitate order). There are two places on the document that either require two witnesses to signature OR a notarized signature. He notarized the bottom of the document, but refused to do so in the other section (even after showing him instructions in an email from my mom's PCP). I sent the DNR to her and she again indicated that the other section had to be notarized. I returned, showing him the email and bringing the expanded document instructions. After reading these instructions, which clearly indicate the need for notarization in two sections and the email from mom's PCP, he still refused. He said that I could call the doctor to explain to him. Difficult to understand this as a serious resolution. I don't understand any reason or motivation for this. He seemed to insist that the other section required two witnesses, as it does have spaces for them and he wasn't going to notarize there. However, the same is true for the bottom of the form. It's not easy having to do this on behalf of mom in the first place, but Alzheimer's is an extremely difficult disease. I have a worthless document and sure didn't need the additional stress that he has caused. So, NO DNRs notarized here (I have no reason to think he was discriminating against me). Not sure about what scrutiny other legal documents may receive. Might be better to go elsewhere-a place where the notary simply validates your signature.

Update:Upon writing the review, the manager emailed me with sincere apologies. I returned to the store today and spoke with her in person. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness of Emma (?), the store manager. She answered all of my questions. Thank you.I always bring my Amazon returns here with no issue and great customer service. On Monday I brought in two baby gates for return. I typically get notified within a few hours by Amazon that they have received my return. Today I'd Friday and it's not showing up as returned. I went to the store to inquire and the red headed kid with the chewed off fingernails was so condescending. I was shocked at the way he "explained" the process, as if I was an idiot. Thanks, junior. I know how it typically works. I didn't need the snot nosed attitude. I was nice to you, you were not

I stay down the street and have gone to this location at least 15x in the last year. I haven't had any problems but then again I'm a pretty simple customer with simple transactions.
