Pleasant people inside.
I cannot stress how cheap this UPS feels compared to UPS stores in Houston and DC. Like other reviewers have pointed out - in other UPS when you don’t have your label, no problem, just email them, and leave your package for them to tape up and attach the label. Here? Email them and pay them. I mentioned to them that other UPS do not charge for these sort of things (especially $5 for a page), they said ink is expensive but then admitted the price seems steep and wonder why they do that.
I wonder too. UPS is usually much more enjoyable when compared to USPS, but now I feel like I’m dealing with government workers with these UPS policies (not in laziness but in cheapness).
Again. Avoid at all costs.
They greet you with a smile but that really doesn’t make up for their annoying policies and lack of actual service.

Cliff & the team at this South Austin location really saved the day this last weekend. They went above and beyond for a shipment I had to make, transforming what typically is a very routine task into a memorable experience. As Cliff was making our day- the lady at the counter (Mariam?) was helping another guest fully box up an air fryer. I doubt any of this is in their job description, but they always find ways to elevate the customer experience.
Super grateful and bravo to whoever oversees this location - you have a great team there. I will continue to go out of my way to mail things from this store.

I needed to print one document. Online it told me it would be 80¢ but when I arrive the lady told me it would be $4.95 for the first page. I only needed one page and felt like I was being scammed! I appreciate the work UPS does, but I don’t know why she told me it would be so much to print one single page!
I went to Fedex and got it printed for 75¢

I go to this UPS store at least once a week. I can honestly say that they are a well-oiled machine, with good manners!! Efficient: Yes. Helpful: Yes. Friendly: Yes. Well Stocked/Prepared: Yes. Keep up the excellent work! It is appreciated & noticed!

Service is usually excellent, the current folks are very friendly and efficient (not always the case in past years. I’m happy to see they have made staff changes).Only negative is there is often a very strong candle or air-freshener odor. Not great for the scent-sensitive, if the wait is more than a couple of minutes.
