Another *TERRIBLE* experience at this location - why do I even come to this location? Wish I could rate it 0 stars.
The one employee in the store is always grumpy, if not downright rude. The store is a disorganized mess - he has returns everywhere (see pic)… so don’t be shocked if your return gets lost after you drop it off.
The owner(s) should have installed an Amazon return kiosk a LONG time ago, but obviously they don’t care about the customer experience because they hired this rude guy.

Just spoke with Ruben about a Amazon return I did yesterday and it shows it was never sent back. I called to inquire and he decides to say I made a mistake by going to the wrong store or the wrong QR code which was not the case. I did mention to him the numerous reviews naming him as a problematic employee and he seemed proud of it. UPS, you paying this guy to be rude?

Dude wanted to charge me $3 for taping my box - my Amazon box that had a label. Just feels like garbage customer service. Trash location - won’t return.

Ruben the “manager” literally hung up on me while asking a question. He literally said “good luck” and hung up. I honestly dont understand the lack of professionalism and customer support. After reading the reviews I know that I am not the first one that has dealt with this gentleman’s horrible attitude and behavior. Im not sure who I can even complain too!

Very often they are rude to customers. Very often. Bring your own tape, they will only sell you tape if you show up without it and it's needed.

Staffed with clearly frustrated people that don't want to deal with Amazon returns. Which, to be fair, I totally understand. But there's no need to take your frustration out on customers that are just following the directions provided very clearly by Amazon. Don't like it? Take your frustration on UPS corporate, not us.

Way to lose a customer for life. I will go out of my way to not come to your store. Y’all are so focused on making a dollar vs customer experience. I needed a label printed and you’re going to charge me $3.00 to print a piece of paper? I’ve learned to bring my own tape and materials as you have tried to charge me in the past for those items. I get the fact you need to cover costs but you get paid to ship stuff. The label is part of it. Good luck and good riddance!

It's the worst UPS I have ever been. They charge you $3 dollars for a piece of tape for the package you are going to return. The guy on service was the total opposite of kind.

They were very nice and helpful. They could use some carts for customers to use when bringing in large packages to ship though.

I arrived a few minutes before closing time to return 2 amazon packages. The packages needed to be organized/taped up, and as I was preparing the packages, the worker told me I had 6 minutes before closing time and then I would need to leave. (Meaning, once it was closing time, I would be dismissed out of the store whether my packages were scanned or not.) At that point, I hadn’t even been in the store for more than a minute. I was so surprised I didn’t know what to say. I think that the worker realized that he sounded rude, and then he said sorry and that is just the way it needs to be. I thought maybe there was an emergency and he needed to leave exactly at closing time, but 2 other customers arrived after me and he didn’t tell them that they would need to leave at closing time (and one arrived very close to closing time). I had no issue getting my packages scanned before closing time as there were only 2, but don’t like how I was treated. I won’t be going back. (Also, looking at the other reviews, and it’s interesting how this store location always tries to justify their behavior towards customers who had negative experiences rather than trying to win them back over, so I’m expecting the same type of response.) :/
