The older lady working there was extremely rude. I came in with a couple of Amazon returns, and she handed me plastic bags, telling me I needed to pack them myself. I don’t mind helping, but the way she spoke to me and her overall attitude were unacceptable. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Not sure why this would have such a low rating, but this is such a convenient fast way to get things shipped. Never had any issues and I’ve used them dozens of times.

There is something very wrong with the extremely caustic female counter person. She is incredibly rude, condescending and calls out customers for no reason. It's weird. She is ruining the business.

I was in a hurry and arrived ten minutes before they opened to get in and out quickly. At 5 minutes past the opening time there was still no one there, so I went somewhere else and came back about 20 minutes later. When I returned, the person working was very slowly doing the register count, and told me it would be second. After a few minutes, he finally mentioned I could use a self-service option to complete my transaction. That would have been great information to share immediately.

Mary may be the rudest customer experience situation I’ve encountered in years. Had four returns and she kept making comments like “he isn’t even ready” and threw a plastic bag at me and said - here is for you to put your stuff in… then told me I didn’t do it right, despite that being something that the store employees are supposed to do for no box / no label returns.

Mary, the attendant at this location it’s the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever encountered. She was somehow upset I needed a poly bag to ship out a canvas tote. While hacking up a lung, she made sure to be extremely condescending and started to help pack another lady’s package yet refused to help me with mine.
It takes more effort to be mean than it is to be nice

Update 5/20: issues cleared gave back 2 stars
Store processes related to PS 1583 form need to be updated. Notification of PS 1583 form rejection with reason why would be helpful.
I have completed PS 1583 form 3 times unsuccessfully resulting in removal from system causing lack of notifications of received packages, stolen packages and packages showing delivered by carrier that cannot be found. I have to sign in a paper log to receive my deliveries and may not be able to receive mail in the future.
I found a Reddit stating most likely rejection reason is identity documents expired. I am collecting documents with longest expiration dates for resubmission.

Ok so as I’m reading the reviews of this location I’m happy to hear I am not the only one to experience the rude older lady at the front desk.
Let me start off by saying I have been to this location before and a younger gentleman help me return a whole gaming desktop for my job, it was fabulous. I went today was helped by this older lady with glasses and long brown/grey hair… it was a NIGHTMARE.
I was there to return a AT&T extender, these returns are meant to be fast and simple. LITTLE TO NO CONTACT with the UPS people, so to say she exchanged such rude comments during this transaction is wild. She asked me if it was a “Charter Router” and I misheard and agreed and once she saw it wasn’t she tried to call me out in front of the line of customers asking why did I say it was a charter router when it wasn’t. Her goal was to just embarrass me for an honest tiny miscommunication. I replied “oh I misheard you! Accidents happen” she then stopped the transaction and said “you don’t think I know accidents happen? Oh really I had no idea! Wow”. This is the attitude I had to deal with a simple drop off causing the whole process to be 10 minutes extra. I didn’t wanna feel like I’m being executed on the spot for the sake of a router.
Before my transaction she also treated another customer a head of me like he was an idiot just because he had an accent of some sort.
So unbelievable they need to do something about her attitude!

Place regularly closes up to an hour before what is posted on the internet. Happens at random and makes drop offs difficult. Go to another store

Just got 200 black & white copies made at this store. I had the same thing at the store on 34th street about month & 1/2 ago-was just over $20. At this store, they charged me over $60! He explained it away saying the stores are independently owned. But $40 difference? That is ridiculous. Won’t be back to this store!!!

I was the only person in the Burnet Rd store at 3 pm on a Monday. I had 4 packages and a mailing envelope to ship. An employee began processing my shipment, but got distracted as her coworker began to handle other customers, and began asking me to repeat reviews of packages I had always approved. It was taking so long due to some repeated confusion that I told them I would have to pay them after I got my dog out of my car, as it was too hot to leave her there any longer. The employee tried to argue that it wasn't that hot out and said all the lengthy confusion was my fault. I paid and she said she had saved me money, as I had been charged for 2 packages that weren't mine. No apology for the unbelievable amount of time I was there, as a line formed out the door. I complained about all this and she said I had held things up getting my dog out of the car, which is the reverse of what
really happened. After 45 minutes, I got a receipt that did not show what tracking number went with what package, and this caused even further delay. Never again!
