I came here yesterday to fax something because 1992 called. I frequent this location out of convenience to return things to Amazon. I just wanted to say that every single person who works at this location has been kind and helpful. Yes, it is mostly a bunch of youngins but they were raised properly because there wasn’t a genz state in sight. The employees here are respectful and fun, I hope the last thing doesn’t get them in trouble. From what I can tell, these kids are excellent workers.

Have been coming to this location for years and recently hired staff is not it. Previously, I’ve always had good experiences here (others are very friendly, unfortunately not my experience this morning). Will now need to look for a new location. This was my first negative review I’ve ever left so can vouch for myself and not typically complaining. Can provide more details to the manager if they reach out.

Love the ease and convenience of The UPS Store but the strong fragrance of air fresheners at the Westgate location triggers migraines. Scale it down PLEASE!

People here are very knowledgeable and responds to any query with respect and patience. Other than packing and shipping services they even have other services like Notary, Shredding,passport photos, House accounts, faxing, scanning etc. i felt they charge reasonable fees for the services they offer.

I paid for a mailbox, so I'm a mailbox holder at the 6800 location. An when I get items delivered there an receive an email from UPS saying it was delivered I go to pick it up the workers there tell me they don't know where it is. They don't know where it is cause they stole it. Mail just don't disappear. I'll act accordingly when my next package is stolen

Brenae helped me with an extremely big print job. She is a superstar. She's a really creative problem solver. Even though the store was really busy she handled my issue while being really professional and helpful with others. She
made a normally tedious chore a really pleasant experience.

UPS Store 0331Their store manager Mardrz and staff Tessa and their other staff are friendly, kind and caring, they greet you with a smile even when the pressure is on, they’re very kind with their customers, very helpful and very informative.

BUYER BEWARE: a gentleman named steven who works here along with another individual i believe his name is derrick, they negligently wrapped a mac computer of mine and as a result during the shipment to the receiver it completely broke and shattered the glass on the screen. The owner and manager have yet to call me directly to apologize. They have kept the $250 i paid for them to ship it and refuse to take any accountability. They told me to file a claim and UPS is doing NOTHING to help me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
