Sophia helped me mail a time sensitive package to Budapest. I have never mailed anything overseas so she explained the process. She was calm and professional. Every time I go there the entire staff is helpful.

Excellent customer service here! They are happy to print a courtesy return label. There's also a table for packing boxes with tape provided free of charge-very generous and helpful!

When I was first assisted the person a male representative quoted me a higher price then another representative a woman agreed and I mentioned when I called I had been quite a lower price for shipping books and a cd. I asked to speak to the person I had spoken to on the phone and they said that she was not available. The quote was 5 or 6 dollars higher so I asked if they could give me the address to the post office. Since I was going by the quote I was given by the lady on the phone. Well then the actual person I spoke to stepped in and was able to help and gave me a quote that less than original quote and she did a great customer service when I was ready to go elsewhere to the post office. She said Since they are books you get the book rate. I was happy she came back from the back and was able to help me. Thank you Sophie.

Best UPS store in town. We were helped by Bryan who was patient, kind, and thorough.We shipped some large boxes needing special attention and advice.I will be going out of my way to use this store going forward.Thank you Bryan and UPS!

Steven is very helpful and quickly scanned my 30 pages of paperwork and then emailed all to my email address. He's friendly and hard working.All the employees are always welcoming and polite.

I just left UPS on William Cannon for another big Amazon Return stop and I have to send a big shout out to Brian he always helps me and he is so super sweet and kind and patient with all the returns I always happen. I just have to give him a big O kudos because he makes my lups stop not such a chore….he so patient and always puts a smile on my face every time I go in. Thank you so much Brian for your patience and kindness! You make going to UPS a not so dreading errand!!!….thank you so so much again!!!! ?????✔️✔️

Not only did they give me stickers for my son, just because:) but I probably come to this UPS location about once a week and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than two minutes to get help and I am out the door in five or less. Everyone is always super friendly and service is very fast! I would go out of my way if I had to, to drive to this location just because of the customer service! I always leave just feeling happy:)

Yay! They have little kiosks for your Amazon returns now. No waiting in line. Use the little computer screen to scan your QR code and boom...it's prints your return label and you are on your way! Great idea UPS!

I was politely greeted with haste, and was in and out in 10 minutes or less. The service was perfect and cheap, and they guided me through everything in simple enough terms for me to understand. Definitely coming back once I need to ship more items!

I scanned my drop offs at the new kiosks with the help of Andrew. This location has quickly become my go to spot for returns and shipping . The staff are always so nice, and I can’t thank them enough. hopefully they’ll be able to get a break with the new machines.

This is a good UPS location. I come here frequently to drop off pre-labeled UPS packages and to make Amazon returns. They have a table with packing tape available for customers to use, which is very helpful if you are needing to seal up a box before dropping it off. Also, as of recently, they have two automated kiosks where you can drop off pre-labeled boxes and also Amazon returns. It allows you to skip the line and get in and out quickly. Convenient location. Lots of parking.
