UPS is getting worse then ever it used to be a good carrier but now with my recently experiences like I sad is getting worse and worse and is not great at all to drive 20 miles to get a package while there's pleany of ups acces points but they don't even try to deliver the packages in the UPS acces point I have already set. UPS need to improve is just an opinion.

I have motorcycle parts sitting here I need delivered now.. Ups claims they are evaluating Damage, that was a month ago and nobody had reached out to me. These parts need delivered to be evaluated asap. Can't talk to anybody and it seems nobody can reach this place via phone.. what the heck? It is 2024

Packages were due by 7pm on the 20th.Showing out for delivery all day.At the last hour it showed rescheduled for later date.After 30min on hold finally had a woman tell I would be contacted within an hour marked it priority.No call no show.Had this set up to be delivered today because leaving town tomorrow and can’t leave packages on front porch for the better part of a week.No customer service no response.You get a 1

Package has been in Austin since 16th Friday night. website says, "Delivery has been rescheduled to the next business day due to holiday closures." but 800 # says open regular hrs. on holiday. And instead of delivery on the 20th Tuesday, they are delivering it on 21st Wednesday. WHY???????????? UPS sucks.AND don't bother trying talk to anyone, robot WILL not let you speak to a human.

Worse delivery service in the history of delivery services! My packages are always delayed due to operating conditions. You pay this company a premium price for unsatisfactory services. Packages that should take 1 or 2 days to deliver now take upwards of a week or more. Not acceptable in today's market.

We pay a premium for pick-up service where UPS assigns the pick up window. They Never show up within that window, mostly not even the same day. And customer service is useless. If they don’t know the answer, they just disconnect the call.

Driver said they attempted delivery but never reached out or left a note. The tracking says that I agreed to pick up my package at the UPS center, but once again I never spoke to anyone. I work from home so there should be no issue delivering a package. I now have to drive 20 miles to pick up a package.

An important document was to be delivered on January 8 2024 and required my signature. I live out in the countryside and have a gate and a long driveway. The weather was not great that day. The driver claimed that the address was incorrect and sent package back to sender. Address was not wrong. Driver just decided he couldn't bother to get out and open a gate and drive up to the house. Will NEVER use UPS again.

Truly amazing customer service over there. If I was the boss I would give the employees a raise because they are so awesome. They go above and beyond the call of duty for me every time I show up over there. They are so nice I bring them lunch every once in a while. True professionals.

This company is of no use, they are bureaucrats, they don't care about the customers, buy a gift, my wife bought me a Christmas present, you stole it because nothing is lost after they say they have it in the distribution center, then they tell you that it is on its way and then What was lost? They are going to investigate and then they are going to return the money to the supplier. They see it easily. We are not interested in the money. I just wanted my Armani shoes. They don't know with the sacrifice that she bought them for me. I lack respect. Thieves. You are trash.
