I don’t normally write reviews but this is the 2nd time that the lady working at this location was rude and unprofessional. She treats customers as if they’re stupid when they aren’t sure what to do and will make snarky remarks. She should not be up front and handling customers.

Charged me 4 dollars to print a paper return label. Previously paid 1 for this, I guess the prices are made up.

I was able to drop off my prepaid and pre-labeled package to be shipped Next Day Air, and I was given a drop-off package receipt by the clerk, all within less than one minute. Speedy service at 10:00 AM on a Wednesday, so I suppose I was lucky, but I'll still give my experience a 10 on this survey.

I left a review a week or so ago! I hardly think it worked! I will try once more! I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Courtney at the Anderson-Research location three to four times at this point! she is a shining star! she is very kind and helpful to us elders that do not understand tech! She never minds helping me out! She is lovely!

The older lady (who I think is the manager) there is quite passive aggressive and rude a lot of the time, to the point where I've not only experienced it myself but I've witnessed other customers getting treated rudely and disrespectfully. All of the other staff are perfectly polite and kind, it's just unfortunate that the manager there acts the way she does

I had an appointment (with confirmation number) with the notary at 1:30. I was there at ~1:20, got to the front of the line (two people) at 1:29 and was told that the notary had just left for lunch and would be back at 2:30.
I don't believe there was malice, that it was probably a simple mistake. General, run of the mill, garden variety incompetence, but not malice.
I'm glad I didn't have time to ask for the manager's name, because she sounds like a real piece of work.

The lady manager at this ups store is very arrogant and rude. She has the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered in my life. I’m giving no stars. She is not supposed to be interacting with people. The most hateful and racist person ever. Does not even deserve a star.

I love this UPS!
I have all of my packages go here and I've never had an issue with picking up or dropping off. Staff is always super friendly and excited to see me. Thanks again for always brightening my day and keeping my mail safe!
