Rita is above & beyond! I saw another review about someone yelling at the very calm woman....bet it was her. So, I arrived at 2:55 pm on Sunday, when business hours end at 3 pm. I already felt like a jerk for arriving late; and when I entered.... 3-4 were in front of me and one behind me. She just handled it. No one's- I mean NO ONE's- shipping was simple, most had multiple items w/ different situations to go over; one lady even needed her to come to the car to help carry an awkward/large box. Rita was efficient but not rushy, didn't show any frustration, and just took care of business. I ended up going last since the person behind me had scannable dropoffs. Icing on the cake: she made use of the time when the lady with the box went back to her car for one more box, knocking out a quick scan & go. Love it. I was beyond grateful for her kindness and regretted not having money to tip (I felt the $2 I had would be insulting) but I hope she gets raises and promotions for her excellent work and kindness. My receipt says we were done at 3:22 and for anyone who has worked a retail location - well we know there are often closing responsibilities. I hope UPS home office sees this. I am a huge fan and after the postal service literally delivered rods to my mom 4 months after I sent her books, not rods.....UPS gets all my business, and specifically Round Rock on 620. Many many thanks.

On ups.com, got quote of $150 for overnight shipping small 2lb box to NYC. Went to this store and asked for overnight shipping. The noseringed cashier gave me a dirty look and quoted $250. Rip-off!

I go here all the time. Today about 12:30 the rudest older man came in and yelled at the really really patient and kind staff working there. The female mostly interacted with him and she was so stinking kind and patient she needs a raise!!! This ignorant man basically didn’t know what overnight shipping meant. She explained it over and over many different ways until he kinda calmed down by the time I left. Thanks for being awesome professionals UPS!

I sent a package and I showed an address that was on my mobile phone. The delivery was made to a wrong address. The person at the counter typed the last number of the address wrong. I know it is partially my fault not double checking it because never imagined anyone can make a mistake with a very simple job. I made a claim but they declined. There are other places that provide better service with professionalism.

I had shipped an important medical supply to my aunt by 2 nd day air shipment. It did not reach to the desired place in 6 days . Plus the employee and manager were giving me all kinds of reasons why it did not reach on time and all the time kept telling me that I signed for no guarantee . They were not helpful in getting the package back guaranteed. Blamed me for not getting an insurance and next day guaranteed delivery which was costing me $125 vs $56 which is still not cheap.
I would not recommend this store for future business.

I've been going to this store for 5+ years, this last time was different. Very rude,lazy and unhelpful stuff. As previous customer noted, the blond girl had an attitude. I left the store feeling disrespectful.

Incredibly unhelpful with pallets. Anything requested from UPS gets shipped here for some reason instead of any real specified address. Makes receiving packages from them a pain.
