I had gone there to ship a ring that a friend of mine ordered. I had it all boxed up and went to the store but was suggested putting it in a bigger box would be safer. I was never told that that box was something I needed to pay for or else I would have simply denied. That box was 7$!! Plus I had to pay a printing fee for the label of 4$ which I don’t think I had ever needed to pay for at other UPS stores!!. So basically I paid 8$ for shipping but was handed out a bill of an extra $11.79 for the box (not something fancy just the regular cardboard box) and printing which I think is just outrageous.
THE BOX AND PRINTING OF LABEL COST ME MORE THAN THE SHIPPING FEE ITSELF.

Sam was really helpful and did a great job. Great rapport with customers. Also, the manager Bhumi was awesome as well. Will definitely be back.

I had a very disappointing experience with this UPS Store. I went in to ship a mobile phone internationally, and the staff knew from the start that phones cannot be shipped that way. Instead of informing me, they proceeded with the shipment, charged me nearly $200, and acted as if everything was fine. Ten days later, the phone was returned to me in my own mailbox in Austin, Texas. This was a complete waste of time and money, and I felt misled. I expect honesty and professionalism from a service like UPS, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. they take my money.

I'm not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. This location is great! Staff are ALWAYS nice, even when customers treat them unfairly.

The staff is good, but my Amazon returns using the kiosk has been lost twice, leaving me without a refund and without the product. Going back to Whole Foods to do return Amazon products.

There's a young lady in their name Nadia she's super lazy doesn't seem like she wants to help I'm never coming back to this UPS store I mean if you want to hire someone that doesn't want to do the freaking job it would be her the other lady with the glasses is super sweet how hard is it to tape up one thing for someone.

I always use this UPS store even though it is far from my house. Everyone I’ve met here has been very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

The man suggested their usps rates are the same as the usps office. He charged us over $180 to ship a one page document to another country. My husband came home and told me and we went back for a refund. The same man (the boss) said we could request a refund but would charge us $20 for the envelope, the label, and the service. The envelope was $1.64, the label less than a dollar…I’m appalled he charged us $20 especially when promising his rates were the same as usps. We won’t be using ups any longer other than to return items.
Ship with usps. We went to usps and it was significantly less money for 3-5 business days vs ups. The lady at usps also said, “we will always have better rates than ups. Don’t get duped.

After a bad experience here a while back with the older man being so rude to me and dismissive, I will go out of my way to go to a different UPS Store even though this one is closer. I recommend the one at Stonehill and the one next to H-E-B on Pecan.

I sent a returned package to amazon from this store and it is never reached to the actual recipient but they told me it is delivered. Looks like it is delivered in wrong place. They even refused to provide further details.
