ALL of my packages have made it to their destination on time or early and at a very reasonable price and this includes Christmas time when my daughter was away from home in a remote place! I cannot say that about the US postal service where, to this day, 2 of my mailings never made it to their locations and I still don't know why or where they are. Plus, all the employees that I've dealt with over the years are very pleasant, helpful and they're the same people! I don't think I've seen new people working there.. Especially Patrick has probably been there the longest. He's helpful, knowledgeable and makes you feel he has all the time in the world for you even though there is a line of customers. The other employees are just like that but unfortunately I can't remember their names and some didn't have a name tag.

If people at the store do not want to help with amazon return, simply di not accept amazon returns. It’s not that hard.

Literally never coming here again. I had Amazon returns, and I brought them in the same six shipping boxes they came in; this UPS said I need to combine them in groups of two, so that was annoying but not the issue. I asked how much for three medium boxes, and they quoted me THIRTY-NINE DOLLARS. For 3 cardboard boxes. They were polite while trying to rip me off, so 2 stars.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. They force you to pay a "minimum" printing fee of $3 to print labels. Regardless of whether the shipper paid the extra fee already for printing it or the corporate advertised rate of $.50 to print a return label.
It's a quick money grab scheme that they don't say until AFTER the label was printed.

Quick service simplified by having my previous shipping info on file to make it easier. If I'm shipping to someone I've shipped to before, I don't have to rattle off my info or theirs. So easy.
