Avoid this store at all costs. The service is absolutely terrible. A package they refused to accept was processed smoothly and without any issues at another location. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Cynthia at the front desk is so helpful!! She helped me package something that was super cumbersome and hard to package. She is super kind and it was definitely a great store.

Do not go here unless you know exactly what you want and are not paying for boxes. I attempted to ask about shipping things for moving. The clerk just directed me to overpriced boxes. Those boxes were then a little too big for the cheapest option, flat rate shipping.

The staff at this UPS store are always so pleasant, efficient,and helpful. I don't know how many times they've have patiently waited for me to figure out where the correct code for my Amazon return was hiding in my phone. I'm very thankful that a store with such great customer service is only five minutes away from my house

Used to really enjoy coming here. But here I sit in the parking lot at 6:00 pm, as I'm rushing to the door, then watched as the employee come out to lock the door. I asked if they could let me drop my box off and theyproceeded to shut the door in my face and shake their head at me and laugh. So much for customer service

Thomas was amazing! I was all over the place because I usually use my business account online, and it was first time shipping a package using my business account, in store.
