My printer ran out of ink and I wasn’t able to print my label but when I got to the UPS store I was greeted by Kitty who was happy to help me out with getting my label printed and my package on its way while Katheren was hard at work behind her taking care of a pile of packages! Great people at this location are on top of it! Thanks!!!

I came in there needing help and kitty was able to get me in and out super fast even though it seemed like they had a lot going on and I love that and I was acknowledged didn’t have to stand there awkwardly definitely better than going to FedEx and I appreciate them

I needed to get some papers notarized. Panda and Natalia were so nice and helpful. It was close to closing and I had to run home and get my license. Once I got back it was handled in just a few minutes and I was on my way.

I went into this location to have some difficult documents notarized and the notary (Panda) was so kind, understanding and really informative about what was really needed on the documents to make them legit. Also felt like there was a really positive vibe going on in that store. Even the fed ex and ups drivers were having a good time. Thanks y'all!!
