Very helpful staff, fast, no lines. Also, if you’re sending something back from places like William Sonoma that still uses ancient system of printing labels instead of QR codes, the staff here will help you get it all done in a couple of minutes.

I went to this UPS Store on 8/18/25 around 1 PM to drop off a package valued at $3,200. I’ve dropped off packages here before worth well over that amount without any issue. This time, however, a woman (who seemed to be the manager but never identified herself) rudely refused to accept it, even after confirming this was a UPS corporate location.
The package was labeled through my UPS business account — but she claimed it was a “liability issue” and said the only way they’d take it was if I purchased a new label through their store. When I pushed back, she literally told me to “hunt down a UPS truck in the street and hand them the package.” On top of that, she was shouting at me across the counter while simultaneously tending to another customer — extremely unprofessional.
I called the UPS support line afterwards and was told she was completely wrong — UPS Stores can accept packages insured up to $10,000, and she should not have refused mine. This felt like a blatant upsell attempt, wasted my time, and forced me to do something ridiculous just to ship a package.
I’ll be filing a formal complaint with UPS corporate. Avoid this location if you expect honest service and basic professionalism.

I came in a few days ago to do some printing. Most of my documents were the wrong file format or the wrong size but everyone was very helpful and figured out how to make it right, especially Kevin!

Clerk behind the counter, Alexo (male) was very attentive and didn't wait for me to go up to the counter. Approach me on the customer Island close to the front door and started asking if I need help with anything and then just started to tape up the box for me and handle everything. He was very courteous and professional and gave me the slip to do a review and told me that it would be helpful to the store to receive some feedback. Hard to find that kind of service these days.
