HORRIBLE. Scheduled a pickup over the phone with a representative and she gave me a clear window of their available times and when i show up they say they’re closed(a Friday at 3:30 PM) called their service number and the same representative answers and now changes the whole narrative and says nobody is allowed pickup unless they give you a pickup time and date. If possible avoid this terminal at all costs. If id have known I would’ve paid extra to have the freight deliver directly to my residential address, never again will i give business to this trash.

I must tell you that it was an unforgettable and very satisfying moving experience! My goods are very heavy, about 1.5 tons, not only overweight but also too long. The goods come from China, after tens of thousands of kilometers by sea and thousands of kilometers by land, the wooden cases have been damaged. It is easy to damage the goods if not handled properly. But luckily, I met Chaz! His ability to drive a forklift truck is very exquisite, and the he is also very warm and friendly, more importantly, his serious and responsible spirit, in order to confirm whether my rented U-Haul can hold the super long wooden box, he has measured with his feet, and finally measured with a scale, to help me design the loading plan, to ensure that it is safe! Without his help, I really don't know how to carry this heavy weight away! Happily, I also met Patti, who helped me with the appointment over the phone. She was so nice and warm and kind! Patti and Chaz are people with light in their eyes. Their work is ordinary but great. You can see their love for work and people! Patti also told me that Chaz bought Taco for all the people in terminal at noon one day! He loves his colleagues and Everybody loves him!

Unfortunately for me, CDW has a contract with tforce freight so here I am reviewing the company instead of receiving what I have ordered.It took tforce 3 business to ship my package from TN to this Austin tforce terminal, and now it has sat in the Austin for 6 business days. Everyday it has been in the Austin tforce terminal the tracking information has shown that it will be delivered the next day, but that day passes and the estimated delivery is updated to the next day.The main tforce support people have not been able to get a hold of a person in the Austin branch and neither have I. You cannot leave a message, you can not stay on hold for a manager, instead you choose any one of the 5 options, hear hold music for a minute or two and then are thrown back to main menu to again choose one of the 5 options.

This company have no held my package hostage for a week, refusing to answer the phone and just rescheduling for the next day, every day. Do avoid this company like the plague if you have any kind of deadline.

I guess the freight business has figured out a way to not care about the people paying their bills. My shipment just sits in a warehouse while the women in dispatch make excuses, never apologize, talk back at you, and then hang up. Some people should be fired for the way they treat customers.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.... UPS Freight got bought out or sold to TForce Freight and this company is complete GARBAGE!!!!We have been waiting on a shipment that they have had in their possession for a week!!!I have called four times. Every time, You talk to someone that is not in the United States for customer service... and they know NOTHING about what is going on, and surprise surprise, are NEVER able to get in touch with the local offices or the drivers.. not that I know for sure they're even trying... so they give you case numbers that mean absolutely nothing and promise that they're going to have someone call you back and they literally never happens.

My review will sound like a broken record - all the one star reviews were pretty much my experience as well. My stuff sat in the warehouse for a month. Good luck getting anyone on the phone when customer service redirects you, but you may be able to get a response via email if you CC the right people, and they'll keep telling you "it'll be delivered tomorrow" but the date will keep pushing. They also mentioned a 24 hour delivery notice and of course I got none, so now I have to figure out a way to move 700 lbs worth of equipment down the 50 ft driveway.

My product has been sitting at the Austin terminal location for over 10 days. I have called numerous to both central dispatch and local Austin dispatch and no can get a hold of anyone at the Austin terminal for any updates. There are over 3 tickets open and I have called at least 20 times and no answer or response back. Terrible communication. I hope I get my delivery soon. Tracking number 277600363

Austin UPS freight terminal/Tforce is the worst carrier possible. It doesn't matter if Tforce is delivering to Austin, Arizona, Or MS. NEVER use TFORCEAustin terminal has had our shipment since 4/1/2022 and it still has not delivered. There is NO WAY to speak to someone at the terminal you just go in circles in their phone system. Save yourself a headache and use someone else. If I could do - Stars I would.

Phone number may as well not be listed. This business is impossible to get in touch with. Can't leave a message after their voicemail prompt (inbox must be full). I have been calling over the last 3 business days as my package has been sitting there for over 12 days now. Have never had to deal with a company with such poor management. I will choose to not use UPS Freight in the future.

I understand that they are overwhelmed and understaffed. However; they are not accurately updating the website or answering the phone during business hours, not to mention that they give you the option to leave a message and the say "we cannot do that at this time". I spoke to someone on Wednesday and they scheduled delivery for the very next day. We had to take a crew member off of another job to sit and wait for half a day then they never showed. The update on the website said that later that day they spoke to us to re-schedule and it was requested for Friday. NO, No one on our staff spoke to some one and agree to the delivery time from 8AM - 4PM. So if it is on the truck today, I have no staff to accept the delivery and I cannot even confirm if it is out for delivery. I have been on the phone now for over an hour and not one department can pick up or can I leave a message. I hope they can get some help soon.

just straight up unethical. They've been holding a package from me for weeks and wont pick up the phone or respond to anyone. This facility needs to get shut down or cleaned house.
