I recently referred a client to Will Henderson of Urban Spaces in Austin. My client was a first time buyer who originally started her home search here in Houston. Her circumstances changed and she needed to move to Austin. I reached out to Will to walk her through the process. He stayed in constant communication with my client and I. This very weekend she is moving into her first home as happy and excited as she can be. Many thanks to you Will!

Thieves!!! This real estate agency stole $1000 from me. I probably shouldn't have done this, but due to the high demand, I leased the unit from Urbanspace without looking at it. From the moment I came into the unit for the first time, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of mold, not only was the unit absolutely filthy and covered in dust, the back door deadbolt was stuck, and I was unable to shut and lock it.This company obviously used older stock photos to advertise since there were obvious changes to the unit. I left the unit immediately and notified them that the unit was filthy and of the maintenance and safety issues of my inability to now close the back door. After about a week of back-and-forth, I did not end up moving in. However, they kept $1000 of my money for "fees" incurred. I basically paid for them to fix the broken back door and shotty cleaning services. Speaking of cleaning, the items that I did leave behind after I left the first time, were gone! I'm saving the best part for lost. I'm having to wait to get the rest of my money back because we're waiting for someone's signature. What an absolute nightmare this has been dealing with Urbanspace. Go anywhere else and I mean anywhere!!

Inquired about 3 separate units on their site to lease that were marked as Available, however come to find out that none of the units were actually available to lease. Maybe all 3 were signed the same exact day I submitted my inquiry, but highly doubt that. Please keep your listings up to date to not confuse any new prospective clients like myself.

I worked with listing agent Shelli Pauly for a rental home, unfortunately. They accepted my offer and approved the application. They took the whole process very slow and unprofessional. Literally, I told the agent what she needs to do to get a rental verification letter, which gave me a hint that they were just wasting my time and will cancel the application if whatever they were waiting on happens. It exactly took place like I thought. She called me today and cancelled my application after 2 weeks, because landlord got a job in Austin and will move in to the house. She knew that landlord was trying to move to Austin but still put the house on listing to rent and took my application. Left me out here hanging searching for houses again when I'm really close to my move out date. This behavior is totally against Texas real estate commission rules that it can lead to license termination. I don't think she's even an agent, to be honest, because she was more like trying to rent her boyfriend's house. She didn't even care touring the house because she was wearing heels. I guess commission wasn't worth for her to walk around. Very unprofessional.

I could not recommend Meg Alley for highly... she managed all aspects of my listing -- from photography, to pricing, to tours, to lease documentation to move in -- I hardly had to lift a finger, and everything turned out exactly how I wanted... and quickly!! Five stars, no question!

The Urbanspace team did a great job selling my condo in downtown Austin. They brought ideas and expertise which made for a successful transaction.

I have used Urbanspace Real Estate twice to buy and sell a home, and I have been pleased working with Shelli Pauly each time. Shelli went out of her way to navigate my questions and find the right buyer. Would definitely recommend working with Urbanspace again!

Urbanspace's showroom is beautiful, it's employees knowledgeable and professional. But their prices --when compared against similar showrooms across the US which carry the same high-end, special order Italian furniture -- are simply not competitive. Case in point, Urbanspace quoted me a price $1,300 over several other stores for an Italian sofa. Why does Urbanspace price gouge to such an egregious degree? Urbanspace's prices simply aren't competitive enough to garner my business.

We've worked with Shelli from Urbanspace several times in the last few years. She helped us put our house up for lease in 2019, and then sell it in the spring of 2021. It was a no brainer to choose Shelli again as our realtor. She's incredibly knowledgeable and is so easy to work with. Shelli never once pushed us to make a move we weren't sure about, and we appreciated that. We just loved working with her! She's the perfect combo of professional and fun! I'll never use anyone else!

Working with Karen has been my best experience with a real estate professional to date. She is efficient, connected, and found me exactly what I hoped for despite a tight timeline and market. Thank you Karen! Can't recommend working with her enough.
