The absolute worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon in my life. I came in and asked for the most simple nails… a French tip square. She couldn’t do that and I decided to just to black so it was easier. Toes were fine, she barely got the dead skin off and rubbed my feet for two seconds. She seemed to be rushing in a completely empty salon. We get to the nail part, asked for square shape. She could not give that to me. She said I talk too much and was too picky, awful customer service. Bad nail techs and now I know why the salon was fully empty when I walked in. I will never be back, this establishment is downright embarrassing. Paid 60 dollars for a bad excuse of a pedicure. Also tipped and was asked to leave. Go make an appointment at bliss nail bar.

Just wanted to thank Tina for my pedicure she did a fabulous job she worked good on my toes she also did an extra coat on my manicure definitely all the ladies were so nice will come back again

They advertise they do eyelash extensions. I paid for the extensions and told the lady who did my lashes that I wanted them not very long and not bushy, to keep them natural looking. I'm very upset with how they came out. I asked her if she could remove them and she said no and I ended up paying for this. I thought it was a joke at first. I'm devastated and will now have to pay 3x to have them removed and fixed.

I stopped going for a while because the last time they hurt my fingers and I stopped going for a while,This day I went to get my nails done and they made them so ugly and it's better not to go back to the place.

Bad service ! One lady gave me a price then says she cannot do mine. Then I was given a higher price and I said okay that's fair. Then when paying she went up another 10 dollars!! Without telling me before. Lady who did my nails did not use the instruments correctly and kept filing very hard my nails are so sore today ! My right pinky is not correctly covered in the gel polish!

This salon is disgusting. Owners spend the $$$ on their ghetto selves. Mold n mildew through out. Charge high for a basic manicure/ pedicure. Run from this commi business.

Was there an hour wasn't even offered water. No menu of services I was never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted or presented with some card of services they had just assumed i didn't have money I guess. I wanted full leg scrub warm towels she look like she didn't even want to waste her water didn't turn on water till half way through the pedicure no soak no relax till almost don't barley a minute massage on my legs barely any lotion like she was in a budget. I'll never go back. She said we have to ask about what we want I was like oh ok. Other salons when you sit in a seat they show you what packages they have offer you a dam drink. I had to ask for a drink an hour later and she gave me hot water bottle. But she was quick to share me about coming more often she should have them said do you want a scrub with warm towels since she took a minute to shade me. The worst sad thing is I think she is the owner.
