After scouring the internet and visiting the big box dealer lots, this unassuming car dealer had exactly what we were looking for and they seem to choose very reliable inventory for their lot. The car we were looking at was in excellent condition, had a clean CarFax, and passed our 3rd party inspection with flying colors. No pressure sales, we got an honest deal, and we're very happy with our experience.

Bought a car from them in August of last year. They told me it just got inspected and passed inspection. Since then I’ve had to replace the alternator, had the check engine light come on for three separate issues, window stopped working and one of the tires went flat a week after I bought it. I know I bought it as is but I would never buy a car from this place again. Terrible experience.

I had planned to purchase the Ford Escape, but after arriving I immediately felt dismissed. I expected to have a real car buying experience but was saddened that the saleswoman didn't come out to the car with me. I thought someone was going to come out and "sale" the car to me. When asked about test driving the car I was told I had to wait until the owner gets back and then questioned about insurance. Above all, I didn't like how I was asked if I had already checked with the bank and if I had pricing already and at this point nothing had happened. In all due honesty, just gave my uneasy vibes and within 7 mins I left the lot and went back to Temple. Don't think this is the place for me.

USA Auto Center was a great experience from beginning to end. I had not bought a car in 17 years and they made it very seamless. I then referred my boyfriend and within 2 weeks he now has a car from them he loves as well. I recommend this dealership very highly!
