“I bought a 2014 Raptor from Jose about a year ago. I saw the truck posted online and it looked VERY clean. I called him and he was more than happy to send me more pictures confirming how clean it was. I mean for 10 years old it looked dang near brand new. With how helpful he was I was more than happy to pay a deposit (REFUNDABLE!). I drove 200 miles to pick it up. Mind you i had never seen it in person and only went off the things he told me and showed me via pictures. After driving there I was appalled at how truly nice the truck was. He let me go test drive it no questions asked. And well i left with it that day. Haven't had any issues with the truck nor do I regret it at all. It was an A+ experience. I even had a question about the truck 8 months after buying it and when I called he knew who I was and was more than happy to help. I will definitely be going back when I am in the market. Thanks again for the help!!”

In fact, they even recommended me an inspection service (Lemon Busters) in case I wanted any cars checked out. Since I didn't know much about cars I went ahead and paid for an inspection before buying. The inspector actually found a few things that needed work and Mike and Cyrus actually ended up getting some of that done for me (replacing front tires, brakes, oil change)! “I had an amazing experience with Javis Auto Sales in Austin. After taking my 2023 Kia Rio to the South Austin Kia dealership for a routine service, my AC suddenly stopped working just two days later. I’m not necessarily blaming the dealership, but the timing was strange — and when I went back to them, they told me the repair would cost thousands of dollars and could take months and that i’d have to file it through the insurance.. As a college student who doesn’t even live in Austin, that simply wasn’t an option.
I went to Javis because my dad always takes his car there and his work vehicles there. They looked at my car right away, figured out the problem, and had it fixed in just one day and less than two hours if i might add. and for less than half of what the dealership quoted me.
