The door to the office was still locked at 9:15 AM on 08/20/2025. I don’t know when/if they ended up opening, I had to leave.

appears to be an inconvenience for him
Anyway just let this be a word go there only as a last resort

The worst incompetent teller and “Randy” the supervisor who never can come out to explain anything. The teller never and I mean never knows anything or had answers or can assist. The absolute worst customer service. It’s frustrating.

These employees should keep in mind that many of us have other things we need to do on our lunch hour. I waited in line for 15 minutes, which is unacceptable. They should be as fast as possible, or have another clerk out during the 12-1 hour

Awful service here. A quick drop off that should take no more than 5-10 minutes takes 40+ minutes due to the speed of service. I have experienced this multiple times- enough to leave a bad review. No one has time to spend almost an hour at the post office just to send one package.

Mailed and paid extra for 2 day delivery for my son’s Xmas package here on 12/17. They just scanned it since I mailed it. And it’s still in austin. Today is 12/23. The post office needs to be privatized. Absolute joke!

I really appreciate this location at 17th and Brazos. Always good, kind service. Free 30-minute parking in the close covered lot on Brazos. Doesn't feel like the typical post office lines and experience. Kudos and thank you, USPS!

This post office houses “The Regulation P.O. Box” by association I would assume this to be a regulation post office but that is yet to be determined by the regulation company. Johnny caviar might know… either way 5 regulation stars!

Very unhelpful.
Trying to return a package with printed labels but failed because they don’t have any spare tape for you to tape your label unless you buy a new one from their shop

Oct.2021 Stopped in here while visiting several cities in Texas and the service was great here. I got my package mailed without a hitch. Thank you so much for everything. Best service in Texas.
