3 strikes and I’m out. Their posted hours mean nothing. expect them to be closed

This sign reads “packages left on floor WILL NEVER go out. Why make my job harder?” and I think that says it all about the attitude of some of the employees at this location. That they just leave packages simply because they don’t want to go pick them up.

The guy working here is a moron. Don’t get your mail sent here. Go somewhere else and expect a long line when you come here.

Guy normally working is super rude and miserable, don’t expect patience or basic manners with him

Lunch break supposed to end at 1:30. But closed past 1:40. That’s fine but out of respect for others time, please update the Google accordingly.

Shoutout to Jeremy the delivery man who found my package. Boo to the rude clerk making me drive to post offices all over town.

Worst experience I have ever had at a USPS. Went in two days in a row and encountered the same man. The first day, John was friendly and helped me out after I came in with a question. I got it sorted and thanked him and went on with my day. The next day, I came in with a similar package and after he recognized me I assumed he knew what I was going for. He started printing out a label and taping it onto an item I brought in wrapped in bubble wrap and I told him no, I need a box first. He then starts to be very condescending saying that he told me the day before that they don’t package items, when that in fact never happened. He never told me that and I didn’t expect him to package anything either, I just needed help selecting a box that would fit the item. He starts getting an attitude saying that I’m an artist and should start thinking outside the box and to deconstruct a box and adjust it around the item in the most rude tone. As I start to do that, another customer comes in and John is suddenly so friendly and interested in the item they are shipping. But as soon as I come back to the counter with my finished package he is back to his condescending attitude.

I needed to mail an envelope and buy stamps. The gentleman working here provided false and misleading information. He was effortlessly mean, for what reason - hope at least he knows. People understand the challenges of working a government job. This gentleman is certainly frustrated with what he does. His rude and meanness not only frustrates those who walk in this place, but evidently also adds to his own frustration. He may want to find a better fit atleast for himself, if not for the public sake.

I continue to love everything about this little gem. Helpful and caring staff. Best bluesy postal service soundtrack in the city.

Love this USPS location! If you're impatient, it's not going to be a great time for you. But if you give him time, John is awesome

Awesome USPS and needs more love from google. Only complaint is that I tried to send a package to Zimbabwe and it got returned to me a year and a half later as "undeliverable," not really sure how that happened, but John did his best as far as I'm concerned.

The best post office in town as far as I am concerned. I have never had a better experience with USPS than I have shipping daily out of this location over the last year plus. John is amazing and super kind. He also runs the entire place by himself (!) with an unholy efficiency and friendliness

I got here at 2pm on a Monday. I should have listened to the reviews. The front door was open but there was no one working. Some other people had been waiting there since 1:30pm when their lunch was supposed to be over. The place was a mess with packages strewn haphazardly in a pile by a door. If you told me this place had been abandoned since 2007 I would have believed you. There’s no self serve stamp kiosk or even a slot for packages.
