The QR code scanner at the kiosk isn't always available, and the lines at the desk sometimes take a while depending on how many people are working. The employees here are very nice, though.

Putting a self-service kiosk at this location and then limiting the lobby hours to only one hour later than the counter is absurd.

Every time I’ve come here the people working are so kind and helpful
I personally have never had to wait long
On a Friday evening, right before closing an employee spent time searching for a package that wasn’t able to be delivered to me, really appreciated their thoughtfulness!

Supposed to open at 830am. It's after 9am and doors are locked, nobody is around,and it's dark back in the locked area. Already a long line of people waiting including myself. I've seen at least one other review saying the same thing as I am but from a different date. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time.

Waste of time. They open at 8:30 but at 9:13 they still weren’t open. Nobody around to ask questions, just had us standing around looking like dummies.

Why don’t you all just open at 9:00 if you can’t seem to get it together enough to open at 8:30 like you advertise?
The only saving grace is a guy whose name I think is Keare who works here that is really great and helpful every time we come in. I hope he gets a raise.

I've been trying to call the post office for nearly 2 hours now and nobody has answered. They left a key in my mailbox to open up the box below it to get my package. That key wasn't the right one, now it is stuck in the key hole and I can't retrieve my package. Literally just kept getting sent to automated machines or pointed to phone numbers that either don't work or nobody picks up. This place is hot garbage.

I went in there not exactly knowing what I needed or what to do as I don’t go there often. Kaere was super helpful and made it a very quick and easy process.
