I would like to give zero star, I am disappointed with the terrible service they offer, my order was delivered incorrectly, I made the claim and they told me that they were going to replace my order or give me a refund, they did not give anything, I called them and I have to be on hold for more than I spent an hour on the call and in the end he didn't answer. I just want a refund for my order.

Carrier confirmed they lost package after marking it as delivered to my location, resulting in inability to receive refund from seller. Supervisor did not return calls asking for additional documentation even after visiting facility in person.

Stopped here 2 times this week, line was extremely long, I get that. But seemed like 1 person was working both times. The third time I came, I showed up at 830am, the time the website and hours on the door states that they open. They did not open the store until after 9am. AND THEN they could not get into their computers. Absolute mess.

This is perhaps the most chronically understaffed post office I've ever used, which is unfortunate since it's also my closest location now. I often have to wait in line for upwards of half an hour to get service. I still go to this location though because it has the friendliest and most patient staff of any post office I've used.I especially want to shout out an employee named Eddie, who has always been incredibly gracious and patient where many others would've (understandably) been very short and irritated.I can't find a store or regional manager's info online, but if they see this, give that man a raise!

A truly terrible situation was handled wonderfully by the supervisor but some of the employees working at this location are extremely flippant, incompetent, and completely uninterested in helping. I would first like to acknowledge the amazing customer service my wife and I got from Crystal the supervisor. She resolved an issue that was being worked on by three other employees in about 15 mins. She knows her stuff and was extremely efficient and helpful. I would also like to acknowledge the other employees involved in this. We spoke with two managers, one of which has short hair and glasses and is named Mary J. and an employee named Britany. Britany was immediately disrespectful and unhelpful and seemed to have no idea what she was talking about. Mary the manager gave us information that directly contradicted the information we received from another manager as well as Crystal the supervisor. Mary was extremely rude and dodged our questions repeatedly whether by choice or due to incompetence. She tripled down on the completely incorrect information she gave us. When my wife asked her how it would be possible for someone random to pickup a package without an ID and address and name or tracking number. She said she didn't know over and over and had no answer for us. It's really disheartening that Mary the manager has so little regard for the valuable items belonging to others. We ultimately had to start an investigation with the postal inspectors because of the value involved to see if we could get anywhere that way. This was the only option we had left to try after calling the branch and usps customer service and going to the post office repeatedly. Today we came up to get the information of the employees involved (Mary J and Britany) and when we arrived Britany told us that Mary wanted to speak with us but Mary was conveniently in a meeting when she was told it was us (we had been three times before) and was defensive when we asked for the information we were told to ask for by the postal inspectors. Britany basically disappeared into the back after not helping at all and making the situation more stressful for everyone involved, just like all of our previous visits. This is when Crystal the supervisor took over and got the job that defeated an incompetent manager and I guess what you could say is an employee done in about 15 minutes. We are forever grateful for her help. I hope Britany and Mary either go through training and onboarding again or find a profession where they aren't responsible for anything important or even remotely valuable or fragile and do not have any interaction with the public. Thank you Crystal!

They open whenever and close whenever. The hours posted are not accurate. I have a PO Box here but never know when I can retrieve my mail. This review is being posted during the hours posted as open on their door, as shown in my picture, but I’m locked out and can not retrieve my mail, as such I am not reviving the service I paid for.

have a qr code. wouldn’t accept because they packages needed to be sealed. they were out of the tape that had to be purchased. are you kidding me, you don’t have tape in the back. go to ups and they kindly tape up packages that aren’t even be mailed through their service. our government literally sucks at every thing they do.edit: they literally print a label that could have sealed the package. usps needs to be defunded

I can’t believe this place closes at 5? It’s like the USPS is trying so hard to prove how poorly run of a government waste it truly is. Privatize the USPS and make people actually work for once.

This has to be the worst post office in the country. I have informed delivery and I don’t get about 20-25% off my mail, letters or packages. They never answer the phone, I’ve gone in numerous times trying to find my mail, I’ve spoken to the supervisor who seems to care less about you or your mail, they can’t tell me what mail is going or how to get it, I’ve filled a complaint multiple times with the headquarters in San Antonio which also does nothing, I put my mail on hold but they still deliver it, they leave packages on the porch while mail is on hold while out of town that I’ve never gotten…bad, just bad!
