Arrived at 9:00 AM to find the branch not fully operational despite posted hours beginning at 8:30 AM. Employees were still arriving and preparing to start their day, with visible confusion among staff regarding scheduling and responsibilities. Customers were left waiting in a backed-up line during this time.
Once at the service desk, the staff is polite and helpful but clearly appear overworked and stressed. This ultimately reflects a lack of effective management. A well-run branch should be fully prepared to serve customers at opening time, with proper staffing and organization in place.

The worst post office the worst Customer Service ever my two males package s are lost I sent direct and I give them extra money to be on time in the same address. None of them has arrived. I still now . I went to the office calling giving them the number making online request I provided them tracking number unfortunately . My two package are gone and nobody getting the responsibility. I don’t know why I went in this weird place the hell they need to close it I don’t know what should I do with having tracking number? I called those places I just sent from Austin to Houston how it’s gonna be disappear how my package is being lost I can’t understand that it’s first time it happened It never happened to me like this before. This place is corruption need to close as soon as possible. I still want my 2 package s back .

Having been a firm believer in the United States Postal System for my entire life, this one location has swayed my entire outlook. They were unable to address any of my change of address questions, was told to try again a different day, and was met with subpar attitudes

Truly the worst experience I have ever had at a post office. My mail was sent here accidentally while we were collecting RSVPs for our wedding. They were supposed to send the RSVPs back to us, they never did. Then - when I called it took 3 times to even get past the robot system. I have now been on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting to speak with someone. Don't bother going in because the wait time is insane and no one is helpful. Its really sad- what is going on with USPS!

Honestly not bad! I saw all the bad review and was worried, but I got there waited 10ish mins in line.they were fully staffed and super nice.

No telling how much mail we have lost since moving to this “designated branch” because of these incompetent folks. Id rather travel 20 miles to a better post office than have this branch open.
Let’s also not forget that one person we all know at the front desk wearing that scowl, hating life, waiting to retire. The face of customer service at its finest. ❤️ 👩🦳

Like any government run entity, it’s BS. False advertise their hours and are always understaffed. Do they care? Nah. . Government takes our tax dollars regardless of service. ZERO accountability. SAD!

They weren't particularly friendly, but with that said, they were very knowledgeable and efficient! And for that, they get four stars.
Additional note: it's not much to look at. As a matter of fact it's about the ugliest post office I've ever seen! LoL but it gets the job done.

Today I had a appointment with my daughters passport, and the lady who works there treated me and my daughter so horrible, she spoke to me like If I was a kid. Shes been making the same excuses every time I go back because she says it’s wrong when she told us to write down and not to write down and always switches up saying to pay money order and not Card or cash. This is the second time this lady with long brownish hair women has done this. Very disrespectful.

Always understaffed and overwhelmingly long line. The pickup window is usually closed with no signage or notice. We greatly need a bigger post office and more employees to serve our neighborhood. In the meantime, signage directing people where to go and what to do would be extremely helpful and reduce frustration.

The usps drivers are very incompetent, they are probably under some time of drug! They never deliver packages at the time they are supposed to deliver, or they forget about packages, or they say they deliver but the mail is empty! Very annoying, someone should do something about it

What happened to a post office being located in the ZIP Code with which it services? If that pinprick isn’t enough, add to your customer’s frustration by not communicating changes in locations. Then on top of all you don’t even answer your phone. Really? (Rhetorical) Do better United States Postal Service.
