I went to this USPS location to mail important documents and want to mail at $11 rate to ensure it is delivered and I need another stamp to mail back. The staff are friendly and find another flat envelope to ensure everything goes well.

I mailed a package on the 1st, they stated it would be there in 3 days, here we are on day 9 and it has been around the world and headed back to the original location that I sent it from. Not my first time sending a package to this location and now you’re saying the address not on there…… Hold on I took a pic of it with the labels on there and the address so NOW WHAT!!!!! Make it make sense, never using them AGAIN!!!!!!

Wow this place is a mess. The thin black lady and the heavier black lady has the nastiest attitudes ever. I was at the front desk and she answered the phone and put her ear buds in her ear right in front of me. I can’t believe these woman are still employed. I have never seen anything like this in my life. Definition of ignorance. The manager is sorry as well because he can’t control his staff. Worst service ever.

Yall got people freaking mail and feel like you don’t have to answer the phone. People have been calling you FOR DAYS!!!!!!!!!! Quarts the issue that you can’t take a two minute phone call. My Lord Jesus. I’ve seen monkeys be better trained.

1 star because you can't give it 0 stars
I stood in line for 40 minutes because there was only one employee. They asked me if I could come back 2 days later because they had a mess backed up emails.
when other people in front of the line did give them their mail .
I politely asked if I could submit a request for them to come fix the mailbox where I live because the mailbox employees themselves broke the key inside the box where the key is inserted. It's been over a year and they haven't fixed anything.

One of the worst places ever I came 3 weeks ago to renew my passport and they said the next one was 3 weeks from that day ok all good but when I asked if they could help me fill it out and make copies of the documents they said she was no we don’t do that but today when I had my appointment I saw the same lady doing everything she said that they can’t she help 2 other people do copy’s and help them fill the entire paperwork ok so that’s BS super selective

Don’t go here. It’s been understaffed for at least the last 16 years. Line out the door every time I come. Be prepared to stand in line for 45 minutes to an hour before getting assistance. USPS is awful but this is the worst of the worst.

I was home when I apparently missed a delivery attempt (I would’ve heard it) so I had to get my birthday card a week later by skipping out on work early and waited in line for almost an hour

Four cashiers couldn't keep the counter wait under two hours... these people should be in an assisted care facility, not working for the state. Hire better.

1 employee at 4pm helping a line of 32 people. Employee disappears behind the counter for 5 minutes at a time. Have been waiting 21 minutes and 2 people have been helped.
