I live at the Ridge on E Slaughter Ln, and we have had multiple deliveries placed in the wrong parcel locker. Yesterday we received a neighbors mail, and today received another package for the incorrect address again. We always end up completing the delivery to the correct location for them however we have not received the same grace from our neighbors and many packages have just been lost. This has caused us to lose out on hundreds of dollars. Yesterday when we went to receive our mail, our personal mailbox was also left completely open, giving the whole community access to take our mail. How can we rectify and make sure our mail will be delivered successfully going forward? This is ridiculous! We have lived here for only 3-4 months and have had about 5-10 packages lost.

Paid to overnight a package and three days later it hasn’t even left this post office. I’ve tried calling over 20 times in the last three days and not one answer.

Had to file a missing package request for the second time in the last 2 months. Marked delivered but it isn't in my mailbox. This time they didn't find it. Looks like I'm not the only reviewer in 78748 who has had this problem recently.

My favorite errands are when I have to stop by USPS because of the kindness, high quality service, and laughs that always come out of my stops to this USPS. I am so thankful for the people who work at our local USPS - thank you for making our days better. You were there when I had to send my wedding invites, get a weirdly shaped care package to my mom, or to find a special family item that was lost in transit - you never give up and always make things easy! I consider this USPS a part of our Sunset Valley community.
The bad reviews for here literally must have gone to a different location and are confused with somewhere else (or just hate mailing things generally).
Pro tip: If you’re confused about something at the post office - Google it before you go! There are endless tips online. And then be nice to my friends behind the desk when you come please :) they can’t change rules / policies / mistakes that happen outside of our USPS!

The best service I had at a post office. All the workers are extremely helpful and friendly but Justin usually helps me and he's amazing!! Sometimes the lines get pretty long but I'm always out in a timely manner.

Great service. Loved my experience here because everyone of the people working here was nice, willing to help, and efficient!

This post office does NOT do walk in passport appointment. Don’t waste your time going there on a Saturday! Their website is outdated. Passports are only by appointment!

The tall bald man working there today who helped me around 5pm was extremely nice and helpful. The older man with glasses was extremely rude. When he saw me in the line with the huge box I had returning a postage meter, he said “If you have a box it needs to be taped! If it isn’t taped, I’m not having it!” Super rude and maybe he needs a nap. I understand people have bad days and want to go home, but he seemed super nice to other customers. I hope I never have to encounter him again and hope they consider not having him interacting with customers. He is an awful person to deal with. Honestly, if he had tried to help me at that point I would’ve declined his help. I don’t need help from people who talk to me like trash.

Line here is always pretty crazy which is why it loses a star. Can be very annoying. The black guy who did our passport for us today was straight up amazing. Super efficient and very friendly. Best experience that I've had at a post office

The carrier scanned my package but never got a large package key and the package is presumably gone and not found by them. They probably gave the key to someone else's box and now I'm out $50. Gonna have to have make sure to only have ups and fedex asd shipping options for now on. Even without insurance, they should be liable for their employee's mistakes as ridiculous as this

The people seem nice enough, but they are the absolute worst, most incompetent usps employees I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you have any requests beyond a simple "I need to mail this package" then do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - they will mess it up. Guaranteed.

If this entity is trying to replicate a government building on looks, process and wait times of up to 45 minutes then they’re succeeding. 1 employee working for a line of 20 people. Horrible and laughable. Why is this service even offered ??

I honestly love this post office. Like no one *wants* to go to the post office lol ? but every time I’ve been, the sweetest people work there and can tell they’re really trying to keep the vibes up. Especially Rob! He’s hilarious and somehow manages to make such a tedious experience fun.
