In my 47 years of life I have never seen such a poorly run post office. Very long waits, rude staff, leave packages in broken parcel lockers, often deliver to the wrong houses in my neighborhood. Unreal. If you live in the 78717 zip code, try to find an alternative office, because this one is the pits.

I would like to report I started using a package carried through our complex. Not any issues, as it has to arrive at their facility and not the US post office, the the customer sets the time of delivery. Please listen to this warning, there are thieve at this post offices and others. The lady behind the blue door at eh 78717 location I noticed is now gone after she was accused of stealing packages. U cannot trust the USPS period.

I drop off my prepaid USPS packages here. So far, so good. I can come in after work and drop off the stuff inside, after hours. They have not lost anything yet.

USPS isn't all bad. Some things they handle just fine.

I have been coming to this post office for decades. I have never had any issues till now. This office is taking weeks to scan in packages as received!! I have never seen this happen before. Something is going on at this post office that needs to be addressed immediately!!

Spoke with manager about the delays of scanning in packages and he isn’t taking responsibility. When you drop of a package they shouldn't take weeks to scan it as received. Please report this post office if you experience the same thing. Otherwise they will just keep ignoring and denying the issue.

No one gives good reviews for a positive experience at the post office. Today I was helped very quickly, the woman was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She explained to me the differences in my options and which makes sense for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes or less with everything I needed.

The fastest customer service I've ever seen in my 20+ years in Austin. Went there Monday afternoon at around 2pm June 11, 2024.
Two pleasant & courteous young ladies working behind the counter. They served 6-7 customers & completed mailing transactions in less than 3 minutes. I forgot to sign a letter & went back in. Similarly quick handling. They completed transactions for 7-8 customers in less than 4 minutes.
At other locations I'd expect an average of at least 15 minutes wait time.

Worst post office ever!!!! They always lose your mail and they tell you they don't have it and once you tell them that you have informed delivery then all of a sudden all your mail magically appears. They take their sweet time and the service is extremely slow. They always have a line of people and they take about 15 minutes per person just to tell you that they don't have anything.
This is the worst post office ever and the employees are extremely rude and they always have an attitude

Went into the postal office around 1040 on a weekday. Found parking and was in and out of the building within 8 minutes. Nora provided me with quick and efficient customer service.

Pésimo servicio mi permiso de trabajo fue enviado el 15 de marzo y esta es la fecha y no me han encontrado mi paquete y mucho menos me han dado solución a mi caso, llame el día de hoy y me encuentro con la sorpresa que al día siguiente habían dado mi caso por cerrado cuando en ningún momento me llamaron ni me han dado solución lo peor!

This is the ABSOLUTE worst Post Office I have ever dealt with... total lack of communication within the "mail dispute" department. Unprofessional, untrained, lack of urgency are the words I would use to describe this place.
