If you want to have no answer or solution to your problem, come to this office. I decided to go after seeing on the USPS app that the status of a letter hadn't changed in 9 days, stuck in processing. I decided to come for the letter because it was a check that was about to expire, and they tell me they don't know where it is, that they can't do anything. In short, I don't know what kind of organization they have in this office. They mistreat you at the time of giving you the answer. Terrible service.

Can someone get ahold of your friends down at the Austin distribution center and wake them up? Arrival time for a package was Thursday, then Friday, it’s now Saturday and the arrival time is just not shown on tracking anymore. They have had a small package of mine for three days. It went from New York to Austin in a shorter time than it can pass the dang distribution center. And what’s up with the arriving date and time just disappearing from tracking. So we just don’t know what’s going to happen once it gets to the distribution center I guess. Sorting Center did well. But they need to get a new boss over at the other one. The reviews for the distribution center are terrible and go back for more than a year…. Other USPS distribution facilities don’t have this issue. So it is not just the nature of the job. Someone hold their checks until they up the standard there and get rid of the people giving you a bad name.

Passport was renewed without any problems. I want to shout out Kimberly for being so kind and detailed. She made sure all my forms were completed and was a great photographer for my passport picture. They even had collective stamps which were neat. Again, thank you for being so kind. It made my day!!

Love this location! Every time I've visited I've been serviced by friendly clerks, they've helped answer my questions and I'm able to get my packages sent out with comfort they'll make it to their destinations. :)

Terrible customer service experience. Common theme at usps.

Went in to drop off a package at the drop box. When I put it in, the door got jammed. I knew it was full because the door would not open and I was concerned when they did clear the boxes mine would be accessible to the next person using the box so I was concerned of theft. I tried to close the box hard thinking I could move my package through. Some man came out and yelled at me telling me telling me the box was full which I already knew. He said he would go clear the packages. I waited and obviously he didn’t at least while I was there. They have plenty of workers there and the post office is usually never busy! Do your job and make sure the box is cleared out every few hours and I won’t have to slam the door!

Everyone there is extremely rude. No help or anything, especially the manager.

This place is often empty, so there is no line or wait. They are a bit expensive for a lot of the services offered, including po boxes with high rates. This is mainly why many people just do not use the postal mail service as much anymore when other shipping services have much lower shipping rates. They continue to go up on their prices but do not add more services nor quality for the price when doing so. USPS may be in need of and overhaul and restructuring from internal management and staffing down to the pricing for services.

The most useless post office I’ve ever been to , they serve zero purpose if they are incapable of printing out a shipping label , and for the one strip of tape I needed to close the box I had to buy a role of their branded usps tape not even good tape instead of reaching behind them for the role of tape that’s behind them . They wasted my time by sending me out to a whole different business to print out a paper just for them to say they can’t do it and that the post office needs to do it. If I just needed to drop off the package I would’ve gone to the blue bins or my mail box . Instead I thought I’d have actual post office services like printing and packaging but I was wrong .

My “Priority” package started(5/27/25) in Carthage, Tx to Shreveport, LA to Dallas, TX to Austin, TX(5/28/25) that’s 1day! Has been in Austin “Distribution” process since 5/28/25, it’s now 6/2/25 and it has not processed yet! It went from delivery date of 5/29 to 5/30 to 5/31, now it just says it’s going to be late! Went in to speak to someone about it, spoke to a “Supervisor” whose attitude was “you get when you get it”.
