The person tried to scam me. I asked him to fix a flat tire and he tried to sell me a used tire for $80. Its the same company Sailun Tires.

One tomi helped me pretty good. But this is the second time now that he says he doesn’t have time or resources to help with tires.
Every time I have come, he is sitting in the back.

This man has no idea. Cost was not a factor to get my daughter‘s car squared away and safe
2rims needed to be checked and replaced.
Didn’t even even give me a chance to say I’d drop it off and leave it with him until i until it was done. There was no rush today.
Another driver pulled up as I was talking to my daughter before we left. And when we left five minutes later, the guy was still waiting in his car

Had an interesting experience today, went to get a used tire put on my car. He said it would be $55, not cheap, not expensive. I needed another tire and asked him if they had any in the size I needed. He said they don’t sell used tires, even though I’ve gotten plenty of used tires there before. He then tells me if I spend $10,000, I can get a used tire. But unless I have spent $10k there, he will not listen to my problems. I have used this tire shop a lot over the years and never had such a bizarre experience. I asked him if I could call later to see if they had my tire there at some point in the future in used condition and he repeated the same line that he’ll only answer the phone if I’ve already spent $10k. Otherwise, he didn’t have time for my problems. I’ve had very friendly conversations and interactions with this salesman before, I’m not sure what’s changed.

Quick, honest, and easy. This was time number two that I have had to come here to resolve a tire problem in the last couple of months, and these guys have been great both times. When the next tire issue comes up, I'll be coming by here to have them fix it!
