“(This review might seem long by the usual measure but I simply cannot recommend this place highly enough in the space of a mere paragraph or two. And it deserves all the praises).I moved to this part of town in January, and since they’re almost -right- next to my building, they seemed the logical choice of area vape/head shops to check out first.My very first visit I met the actual manager, Kyra (Ciara?), exceedingly warm, courteous, and patient with my social fumblings. The store was also clean, -incredibly- varied in selection (including a regularly rotating selection of legal THCa flower), and quite fair-priced.(I would recommend avoiding the bargain-bins, though. Some of the juices there have turned baaad.)But what’s REALLY sold me on this place came after I broke my ankle and was confined to a wheelchair for the past month. I was forced to send family members to do my shopping for me, so I often called to see what new flower they might have in. And every time I called, they were kind, patient with my hard-hearing, and never seemed bothered whenever I had to ask them to repeat the list more slowly.Friendly customer-service is worth its weight in gold to me.10/10 will shop there again (and again, and again, and….)”

“The staff is always super friendly and helpful every time I go! The new location is very nice as well. My only qualm would be that the POS now prompts for a tip when you check out. Not only is it off putting and discourages future patronage, but it’s also a glaring neon sign that instead of paying your employees more you’d rather place the burden and therefore the responsibility on the customer.
