If I could give more stars, I would. The best vet experience I’ve ever had. Was dog sitting for friend when they scratched their eye. VCA was able to get me in within the same day I called (on a Saturday), AND I was finished with the entire exam/appointment in less than an hour. On top of that, their staff are so kind and professional. They truly make you feel cared for! Also reasonably priced! Will be coming back :)

I've been going to this vet for 10 years since I got my cat, but recently got a puppy so my visits have been more frequent in the last 3 months. I've had 4 appointments in the last 65 days, and not one of them has started on time. One was about 25 minutes delayed, and then once I got into the room, which was a room they don't use often for exams, the tech was extremely unorganized, having to go back and forth to collect various items to complete our appointment. It was very disjointed and further extended our visit. Today I went in, and there were 3 people sitting at the front desk, all very friendly, however I was supposed to have a vet exam and vaccines. Not one of them told me the vet wasn't available today so that it would only be a tech visit, the tech told me that when he came out (8 minutes late). He took my sweet puppy back for her two vaccines, then came back out to tell me what the follow up would be (we'd do a vet exam next time and vaccine booster). When I went to check out, the secretary asked me when I was supposed to come back......... sorry, but I don't know the cadence of my pets vaccines by heart, shouldn't you? Don't you have access to her records?! Then she said it would only be a tech visit when the tech had JUST SAID that they'd make up for the vet visit next time since I didn't get it today. She gave me attitude like it was my fault that she didn't know the plan of care. Perhaps you and your team should communicate?! I am extremely frustrated by multiple issues in service and communication and will be looking for a new vet for my pets.

My nervous and reactive dog tolerates her visits here very, very well. We've been coming here almost exclusively for five years. The staff is super sincere and everyone treats my dog like a princess... even when she's not acting like one ? thanks always, VCA! ✨

They kinda care about clients. Kinda care about their pets even more. But the newer veterinarians on staff are straight up in it for the money and kinda give off a vibe like you can get lost and your dog can go ahead and die if you can't pay. Plus they'll hit you up for every single possible cost and charge they can and that's kinda new for them. They used to understand that working people are struggling and just don't have, and aren't ever gonna have, butt loads of free and ready cash for the minutia of their pets care. And tried to keep costs down as a result. Nowadays not so much.

I had high hopes for this place but my cats' level of care has definitely decreased. It seems they only care about racking up expenses instead of getting your pet better. Avoid if you can!Update: VCA Ben White contacted me and has worked to resolve some of the issues I mentioned. I appreciate this and have changed my score from a 1 star to 4.

Found this spot (Dec '22) because my new puppy needed a Vet. All interactions have been POSITIVE. We're on an annual "puppy plan," for services, but I 'm going to renew. No need in moving her, if all is going well! ?

Shannon the front desk always going above and beyond and with a smile. She’s my go to.And both my cats have seen Dr Yen for about a decade now. She has the attention to detail you want your vet to have and is always following up.

Terrible experience with a front desk technician by the name of Shannon. I made an appointment with VCA Ben White which i would say, steer far away from this place. They provided services to my dog and I was very specific on the services I wanted to provide. I had my daughter take my dog to the appointment. As a result of the appointment, I was charge for two additional services I did not request nor do I have the funding at this time for these services as was going to complete these additional services in the near future. I called to suggest when there is clear communication on what is needed they need to stick to what was requested. Yes, they were trying to be helpful in saving me time and additional money in the future but in the future I will have the budget to perform these additional services. Shannon was extremely condescending, unprofessional and did not want to ownership. Go to the VCA on slaughter.

Candace was THE BEST TECH I have ever had! She was so patient with my pup, Bailey, yesterday.Someone give that girl a raise and a bonus because she deserves it!She was gentle, wasn't pushy and genuinely cared about my very nervous baby.I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Candace!
