I advise against making any purchases at this mobile phone store. They do not have any policies visibly stated in their storefront. When attempting to return a purchase, they inform customers that items can only be returned within a 24-hour window, or else returns are not accepted. The issue arose when we bought something on a Saturday, and as they were closed on Sunday, our attempt to return the item on Monday was denied. Furthermore, the sales representative mentioned that processing our return would result in the owner deducting money from his own earnings, making it impossible for us to receive a refund. This store operates unethically; it’s best to steer clear. Ultimately, we decided to leave the item in the store and initiated a dispute with our credit card company.comments: iphone cable and adaptor 70 dollars, more more expensive than original apple accessories

Trevor is an excellent store manager and made what would've been a multi-step issue to fix a breeze.So we went in for a phone replacement due to an accident that occurred during a vacation and Trevor was able to diagnose our issue and provide the best service imaginable to help us get a new phone and have it set up. Despite set backs and needing to work with multiple workarounds just to get the phone set up he was absolutely patient the entire way and made the time fly by. Honestly excellent customer service and will be returning for future assistance. 10/10 no notes.

I had a super complicated problem and Josh helped me out not one but THREE times! He was patient and had great ideas to try.While I was in the store, I also saw him help other customers and he was great with them, too.

Miguel and Abdel were amazing. They have excellent customer service! Miguel went above and beyond to help me set up my new phone and watch. It is by far the best service I received at any Verizon store. Thanks to both of you for you help. 5 out of 5 stars!

Abdel was incredible! I walked out with a brand new iPhone in less than 30 minutes with all of my data transferred over. He made the experience so easy for me and I’m so happy to have a new phone! Highly recommend!

Abdel, the Verizon store manager did a fantastic job running the plan options for my family and I through a 3 way call because they had some issues on their end which were resolved. Highly recommended switching plans to Verizon and have a pleasant conversation with Abdel doing so.

Chelsea was the most knowledgeable employee I have ever met. She was super attentive, knew how to multitask, super nice and pleasant to work with (even on the phone). I want to do business with her every single time. She deserves a huge raise.

I went into this store on a Sunday and Milo was presently helping a couple of guys. He told me "he'd be right with" when I walked in. I said okay...totally understanding that he was in the middle of something. I played on my phone patiently while he was helping his other customers. After a while, he asked me what I needed. I told him I had a HUM that I needed to be put on my car. I am an elderly Asian woman and Milo couldn't have been any more dismissive of my needs. When I purchased the Hum, the Verizon authorized dealer installed it for me. It took him about 5 seconds and I have no idea what he did. But ole Milo let it be known to me that he wasn't interested in helping me out, and told me that I needed to go to an auto dealer to have it done...that he was busy...and he couldn't do it. I also, by the way, was interested in upgrading my Iphone, but at that point I'd be damned if I was going to give Milo my business. It was clear he was having fun helping his other, younger more with it customers...and didn't want an old Asian lady hanging around busting his vibe. He basically said, "No...I'm not helping you...the other place put it on as a courtesy...but I'm not." Great guy that Milo.

Bria knows her stuff and is patient. She and Armando were a huge help in getting me a great new pnone. Got all my stuff moved over...it took some work but all good. I always worry about that part. Very friendly and knowledgeable store. They know their android stuff!

I was panicking because my ancient Samsung stopped working and I was expecting some important calls. Raquan got me the upgrade I needed quickly without trying to upsell me on anything. His associate - I didn't get her name - helped me transfer everything over and was super helpful. I was impressed at how they worked as a team to manage multiple customers in the store with efficiency and friendliness, with Raquan switching effortlessly between English and Spanish. Our Verizon account is almost 20 years old because of the level of customer service like I experienced today. I think a promotion and raise is in order for both of these great employees!

I highly recommend this store. Bria assisted me and she went way above and beyond. My situation was unique, but she knew how to look at every angle to make things work for me. The assistance I got ranks in my top 10 of best assistance at a retail store of any kind. Go to this store, ask for Bria, and you will get exceptional assistance.
